                            ("EQMC") and the sub-investment manager of MERCER INVESTMENT 
                                     FUND 2 (a sub-fund of MERCER QIF COMMON CONTRACTUAL 
                                    FUND), together with EQMC the "Funds". ALANTRA AM as 
                              investment manager and sub-investment manager may exercise 
                                    the voting rights of the shares of Tyman plc held by 
                                    the Funds. EQMC holds 3.78%, while the percentage of 
                                     the voting rights held by the sub-fund is below 3%. 
                                     This notification intends to cover the notification 
                                                                obligation of the Funds.
