Thanks for that useful insight. I must admit my initial reaction to the revlation regarding the new directors age was similar to that of stewpot, i.e. surprised!

That could be a good thing if he is,

"launching new Sky Digital channels,
including Pokerzone, Jobs TV and Thomas Cook TV, joins TVC as it looks to extend
the range of interactive digital programming offered to subscribers"

he certainly has been busy in the last few years,Sky digital is doing well, this guy has contributed to that success,so he may well do even better with TVC, as we tend to get better at work with experience.

I once tried to hustle some Car/Bike courier 'work' off Vince and got nowhere.
He is a hard guy to please. I doubt Mr Wrights appointment was made lightly.

75k traded at 4.25p.

This shares does look interesting, a bit of a punt on it building up some good programs and getting the people to phone etc to build on the revenue. But 'your destiny TV' looks like it as found a nich. i just hope they can build on thier 'first to market' lead.
good luck.

Market makers just opened the spread right up to 3.25 - 5.25, no trades showing, so perhaps they are looking for stock.

Ive put the long term chart in the header now, as tvc has been going a while...
cant really see any charting 'pattern'... other than i may buy a few on the market if the ask ticks down.. If it wasnt fo getting 2/3 of the money back from the government, id be dissapointed with the shareprice performance.

Back from hols and my EIS certificate was waiting for me, fantastic!

At the beginning of the year (2006), I had managed to get my income tax for 2004-2005 down to £1100 through EIS and VCT investments, My TVC EIS certificate gets me down to just £300 income tax for tax year 2004-2005. Fan-bloody-tastic, eat your heart out Mr-Prudence(not)-Gordon-culpability-Brown.

I phoned up Delacombe, the Co secretary again today (01344 845000). He had just returned from a weeks holiday, but, he informed me that before he went on holiday he had contacted the Inland Revenue to enquire about progress with the EIS application and he was told by the Inland Revenue that they could not locate the application documents. As result, Delacombe immediately resent the application and the Inland Revenue have now informed him that they will process the application within 2-3 weeks. Delacombe suggested that if I did not recieve an EIS 3 form within 2 weeks, I should give him another ring. Which I will do, needless to say!
