Board Changes

TPS, the innovative high-speed electrical machines and power electronic systems provider, announces that Mr Alexandre Aigner, Non-Executive Director of the Company and appointed representative of TAO Sustainable Power Solutions (UK) Limited ("TAO"), has resigned from his role with immediate effect, after having resigned from his last position within the Vale SA group, the ultimate parent company of TAO, the Company's majority shareholder.

The Board intends to appoint a replacement director and further announcements will be made in due course.
