13/2/2017 14:02 | Frankly, if staff are unhappy, they should either discuss their problems with superiors or leave, this back door sniping is pathetic and unreasonable, friggin low lives, they are no asset to the co. like that! | bookbroker
13/2/2017 12:40 | Call me cynical but I too suspected the whiff of a bit of PR management ?? | dollarzpounds
13/2/2017 10:45 | I think after two bruising 1-star reviews in quick succession over the last couple of weeks, someone in the company got sufficiently alarmed to try and balance things out. One of two positive reviews is from the CMO (and why not, she works there, too), the other from another manager most likely. If one wants to be positive, one can say that at least the management is now well aware of the discontent among few/many(?) staff, and they might do something about it (the CMO alludes to that in her review). Yes, the bad reviews could well be from the few disgruntled/unreason | pkarnezis
13/2/2017 09:55 | There appear to be two new ( positive ) reviews on glassdoor regarding Tungsten for those who take notice of these things . Never sure of the accuracy of these things or the motives of the authors myself but a 4/5 and 5/5 score makes a nice change ? | dollarzpounds
06/2/2017 11:25 | SOL taking another leg down in January according to the Euroclear data. Presumably some of this linked to Numeric's reduction of its short position during December. Jul'16 10.5m Shares on Loan average Aug'16 8.3m Sep'16 6.9m Oct'16 6.7m Nov'16 6.5m Dec'16 6.2m Jan'17 4.7m Perhaps worth noting that 4.7m is still a big number compared to current typical daily volume. | 1gw
04/2/2017 23:02 | FWIW TUNG issued a basic trading update 09/02/16 -however that did coincide with a scheduled and promoted Capital Markets Day. To my knowledge there is no CMD scheduled this year. The financial calendar on Tungsten's IR is currently out of date, and not forward looking at all. | manics
04/2/2017 12:40 | Cheers pk let's hope we get our slice of the pie AND LEND MONEY AGAINST IT ?? | dollarzpounds

03/2/2017 13:54 | Very tight spread at the moment, unusual. | geraldus
03/2/2017 08:07 | agreed, my guess that the spreadsheet on cash flow neutral maybe getting closer than first thought. if they have opened up tep and more capex spend is needed by sme's then there is argument that we may finally be getting somewhere with this proposition. seeing is believing though but the market does tend to weigh the probabilities and front run the outcome. | edwardt
02/2/2017 22:10 | My guess is that the discussion has moved on from 'will it ever make a profit' to 'how much profit will it make' | andrewdbl
02/2/2017 16:20 | Anyone have any theories to explain it, beyond mean reversion? We've had 3 high volume days (12th, 16th, 23rd Jan) since the last holdings notice. Is someone stake-building? | 1gw
02/2/2017 15:53 | It's having a try isn't it. Of course I'd love to be proved wrong. | busterdog2

31/1/2017 16:31 | Out of my depth replying to edwardt's post but would be grateful ( as I'm sure he would ) to hear the opinions of the more technically minded experts we are lucky to have on here in regard to his last post ?? | dollarzpounds
30/1/2017 12:00 | anyone know about sage and intuit payment services. In short, sme's are using their services to link invoice payments directly to their accounting software. For example intuit have done a tie up with paypal for this purpose. I am not sure if this is a threat to tung but does show that a closed network such as tung might not be the future. views welcome. | edwardt
30/1/2017 07:20 | Healthy NED buy announced this morning. | manics
26/1/2017 16:22 | lets not get excited, probably market makers simply pushing it up to flush out some stock. | edwardt
