16/2/2017 19:23 | lol Read this again, THE......TREND....IS There will be bounces....which bit is difficult? | sux_2bu
16/2/2017 19:20 | Rsi at 29, MACD looks set for a turn up and fast stochastic %D at under 19 with %K below 1. From a TA perspective looks ready for a bounce. | dealer1972
16/2/2017 19:18 | The price will bounce around, the overall trend is down until gap fill. Trade the swings though. | sux_2bu
16/2/2017 19:16 | 100 day MA at 287p so you could say its oversold?! what if share price bounced up above it tomorrow? it would then become support. oil price up around 1% since the LSE close. VIX index off the highs, S&P stop dropping. bodes well for an ok open tomorrow. nothing like a 20% drop to flush out the bargain shoppers ;-) | technowiz
16/2/2017 19:16 | Depends what happens with the oil price also, seems to have recovered somewhat after the earlier drop. | dealer1972
16/2/2017 18:52 | The death squad has arrived. LOL | cricklewood
16/2/2017 18:03 | Dealer1972, there has to be a bounce, the MA may be a psychological point for the traders, however, its going lower, and it will fill the gap over the coming days. So basically, 215p as over shoot is a fair target. There is no guarantee of it going back to higher levels though......who knows. | sux_2bu
16/2/2017 16:47 | what level is the SMA 200 at? back in today @ 262.5p after a very long absence. may get a good short-term bounce. all POO dependent of course! | technowiz
16/2/2017 15:54 | Falling quicker now, will be a small bounce at some point in the next few days, but will then tank to lower lows. | sux_2bu
16/2/2017 15:34 | It will take a while but it will certainly get there. | sux_2bu
16/2/2017 15:32 | Gap is at 218.6p close from 28/09. Unlikely to be filled on this run. More likely to bounce off the SMA 200 worse case imo. | dealer1972
16/2/2017 15:20 | I'm still waiting for 240p, which will over shoot.Gap fill. | sux_2bu
16/2/2017 15:11 | mcsean, share price falling for weeks and weeks drives traders out. It's a self fulfilling prophecy. I like the price right now and i'll be sticking with it till i get a good return. I don't mind how long it takes :-) | sawadee3
16/2/2017 14:41 | In for a few :) chart looks set for recovery imo , oversold! | dealer1972
16/2/2017 13:24 | Yep, I'm thinking about topping up too.. Is there something I'm missing? Poo static but so dropping. It looks like a great recovery play to me, what's driving it down? | mcsean2164
16/2/2017 11:22 | Very happy with the current share price thanks to the heavy shorting :-) Good entry point. Time to make money on the long side :-) Easy game :-) Happy days chaps :-) | sawadee3
16/2/2017 10:41 | Yes I was thinking 260 but maybe just under 265 was their aim? Spiked to 350 on the farm in news down to 264 in a few short weeks, literally, very impressive by the shorts and MM. | midasx
16/2/2017 10:22 | Shorts are looking for 260p, onwards from there on. | frontdoor bull
15/2/2017 12:10 | There are some weak supports down to where the gap is, however if the market is slowly driving it down to fill the gap, then I think, it will bottomed out.Just have to monitor and reassess as it goes. (I'm just going on the t/a only and have not taken any fundamentals into the equation) | sux_2bu
15/2/2017 12:01 | The chart seems to be making higher lows on the yearly and 3 yearly chrts | volsung
15/2/2017 11:54 | Volsung can you display what you like please or is it just that its not at a high that you like? | mariopeter
15/2/2017 11:50 | I like the chart. Due a nice bounce soon for trip upwards | volsung
15/2/2017 11:14 | A bid now as the oil price is steady , the big wig is retiring, they are undervalued (because of the debt level), they have a ballooning asset in Kenya, have very hot licenses in South America not to mention that Ghana will throw off $1bn cash every year at $52 oil. The cost to generate a barrel would seriously help the big boys reduce their average cost of a barrel (BP average cost is north of $50 a barrel, Tullow's is $13.8. I reckon Total Oil is the Company to do it. I just hope they can farm down to 20% in Kenya and reduce the debt down to say $2b before any bid. Think we would be at £5 a share then. The chart is horrible though. | mariopeter |
