Someone is picking up DB's shares. That and the price of oil is pushing Tullow up to where it should be. I wonder if someone interesting is stake building?

eipgam: Thanks for the correction. The share account I saw it on showed it as a director purchase. If I understand the RNS correctly it's a matched purchase of his 10K so he's getting the 20K at half of market value.
