tom111 - Yes. I always keep a core holding as part of my income portfolio. I trade the stock as and when I think I see opportunities.

Tullett is a teaser FAB I know it could be taken over, at the same time there is a lot of uncertainty with this stock with the divi the only attraction, are you still in?

tom111 - Yes, I topped up last year at the bottom with a long term view on a geared play on EM. I feel outfits like CLIG bob up down with the tides and are reasonably sound as long as they keep their costs low and provide a good service in the good times. We seem to have similar interests in investments. Must be doing something right!

tom111 - BEZ excellent stock. Made the mistake of selling early a while back. Been waiting for the recent correction but missed the bottom due to attention to stocks elsewhere. Haven't yet mastered the art of multi-multi tasking. Still, have a decent wedge in CGL which is some compensation. Another good outfit.

tom111- Yes, I know, doesn't look promising as things stand but looks like a wedge in the making with resistance at @270 if it does not breakout. Having a damned good try though!

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has helped me out so far.

This will be my final post (plea)! I just need a few more complete questionnaires so if you wish to take part please follow the link below. It will only take 2-3 minutes of your time.

Just in case you didn't catch my post earlier this week and wonder what this is all about, I am doing a master's thesis on communications within online financial communities. This questionnaire will be a source of my data.

Of course I am more than willing to share the results of the study with anyone who is interested.

Thanks again for your help.

P.S. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at jaw73(at)aber.ac.uk.

I confirm that all responses remain strictly ANONYMOUS and that no personal information with be associated with your responses. This study is purely for research purposes with no commercial gain to myself (unfortunately!)
