Thanks Humdinger, but I can't really take the plaudits - Doddy, Moonblue and others as much on it as I, as well as people on HS BB.

I used to hold KWL and like the co. but don't trade it due to the wide SETS spreads. The Tesco deal recently was a landmark IMO but valuation is a problem: very much a sentiment-dependent share. Personally I tend to ignore X trades due to their riskless nature, but I might be wrong to do that.

My KSS long at 2.40 now looking good too .... heh heh.

Opened a short on ARM this morning at 534 at left an order on the book @502 to cover. Delighted to find I got covered in the auction :-)

Not so happy to see a 4% rise in RBOS whilst I was out. Feeling a bit of a clown. Will probably cover in the morning.

Doddy - nice one, well done. 2.40 was the low point of the day that I saw. I closed 2.45 but opened a long @ 2.40 and closed it @ 2.51, so made up for it!

Check out the trades in ITL - very, very odd. Two lots of two huge buys; one lot of two huge sells. Each time, on actual reporting (late of course), an MM or two moved the opposite to how you would expect. All are "O" trades, ie normal.

I'll be keeping an even closer eye on ITL, just in case.

jusy got back from the circus with gausie and the kids what a great end to a lovely day closed my bhm long for 23pts from before xmas (that was killing me) broker covered my kss short at 240 and sold my sig at 55 for 5 pts. still short itl

re itl.not sure about it and didnt want to keep more than 2 shorts open overnite and just fancy my chart on amec.did the trade then they posted the time protected big buy on amec.

Re single share purchases - some organisations buy 1 share in order to receive annual accounts/company announcements directly from company. Can't comment whether or not others use it to send secret messages.

Are we seeing the final homes found for an big lines dumped at the PW?

We are talking intitutions so that's good for the price, no?
