Sorry, it was poor choice of words - obviously some sort of selling climax as it happens - looking like very nice intraday reversal if we can stay at these levels. ...if you know much about Candlestick Patterns, expect Hammer by end of day which is usually very bullish. ...p

Pcourt - 'traders shorting like mad'. I'm intrigued by your statement. Which traders are you thinking of? I check the short tracker website and see nothing. Is there another good source?

It looks quite weak to me, if 70p does not hold you could see some heavy selling.

I'm in at 70p, I think we will be testing 85p again by the end of the month with the results next week followed my investors meeting and then div end of march!

Swing Trading is short term trading stuff where trade off highs and lows based on Technical Analysis (chart indicators). For Long Term Investors irrelevant - can help pinpoint times to topup or topslice. ..the chart shows its likely to drop as near Resistance and turning down...Traders now shorting like mad...ignore it all....p

If you google "swing chart" you will get some useful info.

I don't think Piedro's chart means anything tbh.

70p looks like a key support, so will be interesting to see if that price holds.

I do wonder about their long term strategy ...

Will they eventually have just one label for each product or more and more labels for the same?

Another thought that goes around is regarding the ex-MediChem products which are now taking up more space in the Healthcare section. Will they all eventually be replaced by ClO2 chemistry? [cf: Falcon vs. Anistel]

And, ... how much longer will they maintain the Anistel brand?

FWIW, more same products .....

Thank you Mach100 and Glaws2.

I would have liked to be able to study the products by going from one to the next.

The Healthcare products set-up is very departmentalised which may well be suitable
for the the hospital mentality but this gives rise to many repetitions of information sheets ....

... EDITED, just checked .... someone has been doing a clean-up.

Eg:

... before, they all 3 had the same 'safety data sheet'; now, only the first has a sheet.

Ditto Glaws. I thought actually the information on it is up-to-date and comprehensive. The share graph was out of date but the share price with the date and time of last trade was bang up to date.I was successful in finding Trace Trio when I did a search on Trace. I had to use the back arrow to get to events from News. There was historic info which was not archived and thus very useful if you were new to Tristel or just browsing for the first time. Gets a thumbs up from me and is more user friendly and informative than the sites of other shares I hold. I like the multi-language format in English, German and Russian. You can't order products through their site which is something they might want to incorporate. However, not having a sales channel on the site makes it less crowded. I score it 9 out of 10.

Piedro - I have had a very quick whizz around their website - and I don't think its that bad - it's clean and well laid out - easy to read etc. Navigation was fine once you worked out that the path structure was displayed to walk back up the tree. I found lots of material on Trace by using the search box.

However, my knowledge of the market and products is very limited so I can't comment on how comprehensive this is.

Piedro, I am happy to do that and raise it at the investor evening which I am hoping to make. I will post comments here.

Re:

I would be grateful if someone else would test their website as
suggested in #1196 and express an opinion. Perhaps I have been too harsh.

From Stocko - normalised EPS 4.24p and 5.04p for 2015 and 2016 respectively. For comparison 2014 figure was 3.26p. Revenue figures (in same order) are GBP15.0m, 16.8m and 13.5m

I would be grateful if you could ask about their appalling website.
Have they had it analysed for ease of use, workings, visitors etc ...?

They do employ an IT expert whom I think has been taking them for the proverbial ride.

By the way, have you tried it out. - www.tristel.com
- Try looking up 'trace' for example or see if you can find their latest product.
- Go to 'News & Events', then to 'News'. Now, if you wish to move on to 'Events'
you must go back to 'News & Events' and start again. That was a simple but with the 'Products' it can get quite confusing.

Thanks Piedro for your honest appraisal. I don't think China is very high up their priority flagpole given their previous poor experience there. Russia could be a huge market but there are obvious taints with any trading in Russia currently. Germany might prove to be more fruitful and of course the USA in the long run. Germany is already a 1 million pounds plus market and is in Tristel's eyes potentially a market which can equal the 9 million pounds of UK sales. It will be interesting to see if we are on track for this. Although only recently launched, it will be interesting to see how the Tristel Trace system has performed initially. I will ask at the presentation if Revolver is on track for a June launch. We should also know more about their cash pile which has been growing impressively.
