It feels suspiciously like a bid, but I sincerely hope that it is not. There is a lot of potential with this company, even ignoring North America. The chairman has a lot of shares - and I hope that he keeps them at this stage in the company's evolution. Predators are bound to be circling, but it would be very annoying if they picked it up relatively on the cheap.

Good question vetpeter2. Can't believe it's just down to IC update. I'm intrigued but in any event imho I think this company is bound to get a takeover approach from the States particularly once they get regulatory approval to sell over there. Seen this happen a few times before with niche operators like this. A big company lets them do all the hard work getting the necessary approvals and then pounces.

Process of approvals from FDA and EPA in US making very good progress. The chemistry is not new to them completely but some areas are novel, such as endoscope sterilisation also surface cleaning and diagnostic instrument cleaning. TSTL advantage is speed, cuts down waiting time between patients. Patent protected packaging solutions ensure freshness as chlorine dioxide is produced on demand from two individual chemicals. This is the "moat" around Tstl with 15 years of development behind it. If you are new to TSTL, do read back a year on this thread, some good research to understand the basics.

Webinar on Equity Development website later.

I sold a non performer last week and put half in Tstl. Still bullish and ready for a good update. Not expecting fireworks yet but no reason to be pessimistic.

Fingers x;d for next weeks result. Might get an update on the USA too. Some way below its peak around November so some growth in the share price should come about if results are good.

Very pleasantly surprised to see a rise today post May's speech. Some big trades, possibly people being optimistic about new trade deals post Europe. Years ago we traded with the world not just mainly Europe, bring it on.

Her death is a reminder that antibiotic-resistant bacteria are getting worse, even as they garner little attention.

MJ, I'm a specialist in selling too soon, so good luck to all who remain. I will certainly be back here if the price falls back, as I have a high regard for the company and they are a good company in a good sector.

as some people are taking profits and looking elsewhere maybe it's time for a reminder of what we're about, namely fighting the rise of antibiotics resistant infections.

"he thinks". I think this is a keeper and I won't be taking short term profit like you did. Shares like Tstl can run away very quickly and I don't want to put my money somewhere else or just take it off the table and miss an announcement. Each to their own.

Source, has Simon Thompson in the IC not recommended a sell on this? Mainly because he thinks it has reached full value?
