Just some patience needed APAD. I think the buys show some faith in the company and that we are probably undervalued now. If the breakthrough into the US comes there will be an enormous market and first mover advantage. Disenchanted sellers may well come to regret their sales.

Swinney buys 5k shares today. Goodness me. Soler tomorrow no doubt :-)

The O shareholders are selling pretty regularly - disenchanted I guess.

Tristel has a new IT & Systems Manager since August 2014
To see what he has been doing - look him up on LinkedIn

“We wanted to control our costs and deliver a consistent IT experience across our international sites. The Zynstra solution allows us to deliver the IT our branches need, with centralized control.”
Tim Newton, IT & Systems Manager

...and hopefully the management suitably chastened not to raid shareholders money in such a barefaced way anytime soon.

Capital Radiology find compliance, speed and efficacy with Tristel
As clinical managers within one of Australia’s busiest and fastest growing Medical Imaging providers, Capital Radiology’s Omar Ameen and Angus Richmond saw the need to standardise the company’s ultrasound probe disinfection method.
...
"I looked at all the positives and negatives of different products and to be honest Tristel was initially the underdog, having only recently become available in Australia.”
Samples and information were taken back to sonographers at Capital Radiology and it was decided for all clinics to start using the Tristel Trio Wipes System for the decontamination of ultrasound probes.
...
“To date, we haven’t found anything that matches the Tristel Trio Wipes System”, says Angus.“We quickly moved away from the solutions and systems we had been using."

Stella enables Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital to high-level disinfect bronchoscopes nine times faster
The Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital was founded in 1933 and is a Class A hospital specialising in the treatment of respiratory diseases. The hospital has 825 beds, 14 clinical departments and over 900 staff. When the number of patients visiting the respiratory department increased to an average of 100 per day, Head Nurse Wu needed to find a faster high-level disinfection method for bronchoscopes. ...
...
Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital now have three Stella’s installed in the respiratory department.
Today, bronchoscopes are disinfected with glutaraldehyde for standard cases, and with Tristel Fuse and Stella when tuberculosis is detected in patients.

Maybe the chairman is mopping up all the shares now being sold by various PDMRs after that 134p/30-day option grant came good.

I reckon he has paid £263k for these recent purchases, which compares to c£227k he received from December's 2.14p final dividend and c£318k from last summer's 3p special payout.

"I would be more than happy if/when TSTL’s managers exercise these change-of-control options for a very fat profit."

Don't be fooled!!
A buyout would need to be with the approval of the board and usually works in the following manner ...
... 15% premium to the share price + board seats in the new company

It has happened to me 3 times - HMY, VDN and AND and not a very pleasant experience as so much research goes to waste.
In all 3 cases the Company was looking for a helping hand to leap into the future.

I also suspect that Mr. Soler + buddies would prefer marriage with a bigger company than getting in another 'Samler'.

AIMHO, BWDIK.
