co's looking at raising cash would be better off trying to take out TPJ at a small premium to their 0.5pps cash and getting all the assets and free carries and tax credits in on top.

They'd get the £1.8m for a very little premium as opposed to big dilution at a discount to their own sp's.

It would be interesting, if they went down the bombed-out stock route, to see if they bought any Orosur. Shearer has plenty of knowledge on this stock and it certainly is bombed out!

I have exchanged a few emails with Tony Shearer recently.

TPJ are looking at various ways to increase shareholder value.

One such way is buying stakes in bombed out resource stocks.
