29/12/2016 11:08 | Another step forward. Trading must resume by 12 the January or company delists according to aim rules. Not long to go. | jungmana
23/12/2016 23:19 | Yes but we have trade recievables surely to achieve the net liabilities of $9.2. Genuine question are you worried we wont receive them leaving the liabilities much higher. | mark10101
22/12/2016 18:55 | -- The like for like net debt position (outstanding debt plus long term liabilities plus current liabilities minus cash minus current assets) will reduce from US$35.5 million as at 31 October 2016 to a pro forma net debt position of approximately US$9.2 million post-completion of the Restructuring. The equivalent net position excluding long term liabilities would be a net cash position of approximately US$4.5 million. $9.2 is 5 months margin at current oil price, I think it is hard to find a business with income this strong with less net debt. Rossannan would you consider selling at the placing price? I know there was a chap offering 0.5p a month or so ago, I am happy to go 10 times that with information available. | mark10101
22/12/2016 17:25 | Rossannan .after this deal citi debt is cleared and the vast majority of our other debts ( especially the TT tax owed) will be gone. I believe trin will resume trading between 6 and 10p. Then will rise in a few weeks to about 20p.Good luck to us all. | jungmana
22/12/2016 14:04 | Well said Mark. Rossannan, compare Trin to another T&T minnow LGO. That company has market cap of nearly £10m today on a small production of about 500bopd ( a fifth of ours). Then how much would you value Trin ? | jungmana
22/12/2016 13:00 | That would be a £56m MCAP. Have you ever looked at PANR? Try working out a fair value for TRIN with their MCAP of £150m. It would put TRIn into the £1bn territory. Not saying that is where TRIN should be just how extreme markets can be, like the continued undervaluation here for the last two years. With the uncertainty removed and oil above £50 with our costs slashe £56m does not seem that far off. I think £150-200m would start being a bit pricey but still not in some companies extreme valuation level. | mark10101
20/12/2016 08:56 | If you compare the production (2600 bopd about) and improved margins with cost down to $29/barrel.A fair share price today compared to peers on aim would be 20p+. Considering 282m shares in issue now. | jungmana
20/12/2016 08:49 | Keya - imo the low due to oil price drop is about 10p here. Got to 2p due to fear of burst. Should never have got to this crazy price without the near collapse of the company. | jungmana
20/12/2016 08:31 | If you look at other small producers stock prices they have in most cases recovered 3-4X from their lows. This needs to be about 8p I would expect to have parity with its comparable peer group. | keya5000
20/12/2016 08:27 | Yes my average is the 30p region which I still believe is achievable in the new TRIN but would be good to get it lower. | mark10101
20/12/2016 08:18 | My average is about 24p and will be looking to bring that down a lot in the new TRIN. | jungmana
20/12/2016 08:12 | 6p to 10p I meant | jungmana
20/12/2016 08:12 | That is what I am hoping for. | mark10101
20/12/2016 08:10 | My guess is will open 6lto 10p. I will also be looking to buy more | jungmana
20/12/2016 07:54 | Excellent news, where do you guys think we will open. Contemplating getting my average down before the market wakes up to the new TRIN | mark10101
20/12/2016 07:13 | Good news. The most important hurdle passed. | jungmana
19/12/2016 19:16 | Hopefully all went well today. With the recent placing it would seem strange for that to go ahead and for us to fail today. | mark10101
13/12/2016 18:09 | It does look like David Segal bought his position to give a say on this outcome. I suspect it has been to the shareholders benefits he has. | mark10101 |
