SP looks to be in deep problems - MM's marked down (but no printed volumes) to 9.5p 10p offered. Suggests could be an iceberg hidden so watching and waiting . (Memo self - Keep away from the buy button)

Editexd 25k trade at 10p now marked at 16:24.34 (interesting - quote action suggests a sell and then bid marked down - BUT will need to wait for market trends tomorrow) All imo etc.

CharoMy earlier post was tongue in cheek, for the first hour at open the share price hadn't budged, then it dropped 0.25p with no trades - a bit baffling that's all.DD

fair value over next two years 10p,assuming recovery in 2016/7 to 450k pbt otherwise floor removed to 7.5p.What price assets with no earnings ,risks still high in china and usa.whatever company says this is a commodity business with low barriers of entry.

imo No dividend likely for some time - Debt and gearing too high - looks like a slow down in main product areas - All exprts at significant risk from strong £ against €, and strengthening US $ against most all currencies

So why invest (imo) --

They seem to have sorted out USA but now it's the UK (Maxpower).Good signs mixed with a profit warning!.Don't understand the share price movement today - no gap down at open, no trades, one hour later the mm's decide to drop it 0.25p, baffling me tbh, perhaps it wasn't a profit warning!.DD

I have some of these and I'm becoming rather tired of them.Next update has to be decision time.Seems to be very little urgency here and management may be happy to bumble along but shareholders need some vision of whether this is dead money or maybe there is a decent growth story trying to get out.US business should be doing OK I think.Based on some positive earnings these are cheap-but its time for delivery.

Comeback to have a look at this after the offload of 40,000+ shares at 12.5p plus the other sales today -

Anyone know if there is a SELL tip in the emarket or just nerves before the results and general economic slow down.

Level of dept starting (imo) to be a worry especially as no mention of cash flow in the last trading update.

I cannot remember the banking covenants and time lines -Anyone know ?

Watching and waiting and sitting on the 'buy' finger for the moment.

5% drop is a very good performance considering Caterpillar's problems in my view.
I think the US is sorted now.
So, on the whole I think I am a touch more positive than you folks.
I have a small holding, well underwater.

Yes mixed. But net/net there are more pluses than negatives I would say. Reading between the lines a bit there are are more positive signs for the future. Very pleased the USA is on the way to being sorted out as that could have been a major drag. Rest more or less what I thought.

Mixed trading statement. Nice to see the group return to profits, but disappointing that sales have dropped by 5% yoy in the first half. IMO, this business continues to be accident-prone and probably needs to be sold to a larger group in order to realise synergies.

Maybe the repeat rns was advfn issue.Anyway the correct one came out and it was good news about the Moss buying. I think the company has got on top of alot of issues. Be nice to get a new fund onboard -maybe a small cap fund of some sort.Think good support at the 20p level.

Anyway been on my watchlist for quite sometime now. I feel it may have to raise some funds however, interesting to know ones thoughts? Shame the other directors never dug in and bought at the sametime as Moss.

APAD, I've not held here for some time, but am still watching. Where on earth do you get your P/E from? The latest forecast for 2015/16 from Westhouse is £0.32m PBT and 0.8p EPS, so still not worth buying back yet imo.

USA headline is comforting.
I hope that the management doesn't do anything else ambitious for a few years.
PER of about 5 now makes this look much more like a solid holding, although not exciting.

Yes for tricorn this was a nice surprise in still a difficult market
