Director resignation

The directors of Tricor announce that Mike Roberts has resigned as a Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect, in order to pursue his other business interests.

The directors would like to thank Mr Roberts for his contribution to the Company whilst he was a board member and wish him well with his future endeavours.

The Company are actively seeking a replacement for Mr Roberts and will update shareholders in due course.
