Director Appointment and LTIP Option Award
Further to the Company's announcement on 25 April 2016, the Board is pleased to announce that the appointment of Mark Pickett as Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been brought forward. Mr Pickett's appointment and admission to the board is effective today.
Further, the Company has today granted to Mr Pickett, under the terms of its 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan, nil-cost options over a total of 1,223,241 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.63% of the Company's issued shares). This award is subject to a performance condition measured over a maximum of a 3 year period ending on 29 June 2019.
