07/4/2017 10:09 | Thanks guys , nice to see such an array of talented posters here. I had a target price of 90p before yesterday's news so a new target of 120 doesn't seem in anyway out of the question and would be erring on the cautious side. Also bearing in mind it's an increase in EBITDA. | battlebus2
07/4/2017 09:33 | Welcome back BB2. Do you have a price target? net-/ sicknote- for a re-rating to that level of x15 p/e then Broker coverage and forecasts would be required imo. The market is forward thinking but with the lack of any guidance then its difficult to see TRD being given an average Market rating. | pj 1
07/4/2017 09:30 | Welcome back battlebus :o) Last year the balance sheet showed £350k deferred tax which they used in full, at the last half year results unused deferred tax was shown at £374k. So this figure could be a good guide? Last full year net cash more than doubled to £0.955m, I would think that this years net cash will see another healthy increase. | interceptor2
07/4/2017 09:27 | thanks bamboo2 - that did it! (got to be careful where you put exclamation marks!!! | netcurtains
07/4/2017 09:24 | net, try adding this line to the header, | bamboo2

07/4/2017 09:14 | Hi all, I've recently become a shareholder. eps for the year just ended (31 March 2017) will depend on how much of a deferred tax asset they recognise in respect of their historic losses. The company has enough losses to cover the 31 March 2017 profits and an additional c.£5m of profits before it pays tax. The question is to what extent the company can recognise an asset in respect of those losses on the basis of forecast profitability. In the prior year pbt was £863k but they had a tax credit of £350k giving pat of £1,213k and eps of 8p. For the year just ended pbt will be £1,500k and in the worst case I would expect the tax charge to be nil. This would give c.10p eps. However, there is the possibility that they will recognise a larger deferred tax asset giving higher eps. | mcfly79
07/4/2017 09:01 | Net edit your first post and tick the news box. I'm back in 👍 | battlebus2

07/4/2017 08:15 | Because it is still early they are only quoting a 'rough' figure in the trading update of £1.5m. Until they have proper time to go through the accounts they won't know the exact figure. It is a possibility that this figure could be slightly on the low side still. As i say it all depends on revenue and margins which are the two figures they haven't quoted. | cfro
07/4/2017 08:00 | Watching them closely net .Sicknote | s34icknote

06/4/2017 22:19 | spooky: I haven't, I was commenting on this one line that others might have missed: and the Directors are confident that they will report further progress on the Company's strategy in June I was wondering what this "strategy" going forward might be... Its signifies to me something might be brewing | netcurtains
06/4/2017 22:15 | netcurtains where did you see the 'full' press release? | spooky
06/4/2017 22:14 | Not so PJ1 as other threads by FREE posters do have news. I can create it as a seperate page but whenever I post it in the header it just goes "splatt".. I'll ask in another thread where the header poster still is an active poster - probably the best way | netcurtains
06/4/2017 22:13 | You might have to be 'BLUE' to use all the features in the header | pj 1
06/4/2017 22:11 | Could you post that please netcurtains? | pj 1 |
