  The SAYE Share Option Scheme is an all employee 
  scheme operated for UK employees which was approved 
  by shareholders in January 2015. The options 
  granted under the SAYE Share Option Scheme are 
  exercisable at the end of a three year saving 
  plan. 
 
  The ESPP is an all employee scheme operated 
  for US employees which was approved by shareholders 
  in January 2015. Options are exercisable at 
  the end of a one year saving plan.
