And then I am sure we can all blame everyone else but ourselves if and when that goes down the tubes. Dear oh dear - talk about ambulance chasing. |

They will either re-finance and it will do a CPP- get a takeover bid and it will soar or get an MBO and it will soar. Nil Brainer down here. |
Posted at 06/11/2013 12:18 by khaledibn Almost the entire history of TVZ has been one of shareholders being kept in the dark and right royally shafted11:38am - 6 Nov 13Tweeted by Dominic Walsh, business reporter at the times this morning |
Posted at 05/11/2013 07:14 by andre Surely the main lender was always going to buy the assets. It is the structure of the deal that is important and determines if PI's get anything. The main lender, with the company's head in a noose, won't exactly be paying a premium. I very much doubt TVZ will rise from these ashes but I doubt we'll have to wait long for an announcement as they've been organising this structure for weeks. All IMHO. |
Posted at 04/11/2013 16:41 by reks remember in 2009 TVZ were in the same position and suspended shares as they had too much debt but then sorted it out :-) |

Posted at 05/9/2013 00:13 by stockologist Here is a post from TOPINFO when TVZ was at 10p !!! He has been ramping it ALL the way down and down and down but doesn't have a clue.TOPINFO 21 Jul'11 - 16:28 - 114 of 372 Hope you dont mind Guys! Right Guys-Here it is. The stock I have bought and have been researching a lot yesterday is Travelzest (TVZ). Now don't buy it if you want in and straight out with 100% profit coz it may take a few days/weeks to get the RNS that I expect any day now and that involves a bid for the company. The current share price is 10p offer but you should be able to get in under this and within the spread which is rather wide for me (before you comment M4). On the 19th of April 2011 the Board released this RNS after the share price started rising and was rumoured to be getting a bid in the 20p region in cash. Net debt stands at £10 million which is being renegotiated on better terms and cash is around £5.8 million. Current mkt cap is around £13.5 million. I reckon that this business is on the brink or either:- A major turnaround and excellent debt refinancing for a growing business that is safe and growing rapidly since the restructuring and/or the takeover which is the key for me to the quicker money here. [ err whatabout the option of bankruptcy? ] Now if the bid goes ahead as I am led to believe then I reckon you have at least 100% upside from current share price In the event it doesn't then look at the facts and see for yourselves that there really is very little or nil downside to the share price as it now has no premium built in for the bid in any case. [ no downside ? really ? 10p down to 0.25p !!! ] Like I say, please DYOR of course but I have thrown £4k into this and wouldn't do that if I thought it too high risk and wasn't going to earn me a decent profit. The decision is yours of course and this research took a fair number of hours to collate and make sure that I didn't miss anything, but I reckon TVZ are a clear buy at this level and should give shareholders a significant return on their investment. However like anything its not a racing certainty like all shares. Cheers TOPINFO [ wow £4k hey ! ] |
Posted at 04/9/2013 23:59 by topinfo TOPINFO4 Sep'13 - 23:58 - 306613 of 306613 0 0 edit 27m and thats exactly why I have bought TVZ and why I will continue to buy any dips in the share price If I get it wrong I lose a few quid, if I get it right I make a load of cash. Good risk/reward IMO, and Im not really bothered if anyone thinks same or follows me in. Its a punt but like you say any good news will send it flying and I mean flying. TVZ was 180p once upon a time with takeover bids at 115p and 18pish a few years later. At 0.25p I think you know whats coming here, but like you say its not for the faint hearted! 27macca 4 Sep'13 - 22:50 - 306605 of 306611 0 0 (premium) I have a feeling TVZ though it may be too risky for some will get some good news regarding funding/takeover/MBO Any one of which will send it absolutely rocketing from here, their Canadian business is too valuable for them to be sat with current market cap of around £300k!!!! Can't see it going under with such an asset but appreciate its not for the faint hearted. |
Posted at 03/9/2013 11:04 by m111kax I don't think this share is being pumped to dump.I have posted reasons why I think it is worth a risk.. I still think something is happening in the background and some decent buys today. 1.2mil sell at 0.26p and bid moves up to 0.27p..go figure ! It's a punt that may pay handsomely..if it was a dead dog as some would have you believe ..why would consortium led by LDC Logistics Development Corporation ("LDC"), a company incorporated in Canada take on TVZ's liabilities. also LDC are already a shareholder in TVZ with over 10 mil shares. Where did the 42 mil shares sold at 0.10p go ? Come on this has takeover written all over it imho..we shall know very soon either way as the new consortium has taken on the liabilities and given TVZ bod 28 days to sort their act out.. hostile takeover ?? |
