Hello

Sorry to be a pain but i was wondering if you could help me by filling in my dissertation questionnaire researching investors opionions towards share options, specifically the issue of expensing them.

It is only short and will take approx. 3 minutes to complete.

You can access the dissertation online at:

Many thanks in advance to anyone who helps me with this.

It seems every sale gets snapped up so it can't be too long before everyone who wants to sell have sold & we go up.

The busineses are fundamentally sound & both have been heavily bought in by the Directors so perhaps you're being a tad pessimistic.
I certainly would be invested in them if I thought they were going bust, although I believe both of them are now over the worst.

I hope they don't go bust, but I invested on the basis that one of them might...they both need funding. I think that you are being a tad optimistic to say that they won't go bust. That is why the share prices went so low. However, I think that the risk/reward equation is good imo, but dyor. Hope you are right!

Neither will go bust now as they are fundamentally sound & market leaders in their fields, they have also sorted out management problems & are both profitable. The most likely outcome would probably be takeover targets some time in the future.

I bought some of these a while back as with Gladstone; both will either go bust or be a multi-bagger imo - I am hoping that one will survive and do the business.

From February's Techinvest:-
'At the AGM on January 7, shareholders gave their approval to allow the investment by Enterprise Ireland to be completed, conversion of Directors' loans into shares, and the amendment of certain option agreements.
Consequently, directors have converted personal loans into 5.35 million new shares at 10p per share. The new shares commenced trading on January 14.
Follow the directors' lead and continue to average down.'

They have now transferred to AIM & have upto the end of June to issue figures anyway. With Oyster picking up all available stock things look promising.
