Vinci might make clear its strategy generally

It is hoped therefore that the share price then moves swiftly to the 84 euros target and then to 87 euros.

I see no reason for this to go anywhere in the short term.
Expect TBI to trade in narrow range 58 - 64p until some news.

Had expected the price to fall much further – somebody is very interested.
