Notice of AGM, Annual Report & Accounts and Capital Markets Day

Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data provider to the global market place, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available online at the Company's website www.trakm8.com/investors.

The Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday 7th September 2016 at 10.00 a.m. at the offices of MHP Communications, 6 Agar Street, London WC2N 4HN.

Capital Markets Day

Following the AGM the Company will hold a Capital Markets Day presentation for analysts and investors from 10.30 - 12.30 at the same location. Private investors are welcome to attend. Those wishing to attend the Capital Markets Day should preregister with MHP Communications by e-mailing [e-mail].
