yeah just out of curiosity: how does all the free "stuff" on RouteMonkey's website relate to revenue?

A new web app is to launch this spring to provide EV drivers with a complete route and recharging schedule.

PJ1 I think a recovery to 110p is possible with any news. If that was to happen i would take 30% off the table and leave the rest.I think the guys here are correct we may not see news flow till mid to late summer.

Usually when you are late with production targets it's not something that's fixed within 2 months. Speaking from experience as I am on the industry too, a 6-month delay is not uncommon. I'd expect the launch of new products and trials during the summer and contracts at September. But surely within H1.

Penny Searles looks like a very serious businesswoman who has tremendous experience from starting and running Wunelli. I am very positive of her new venture and the effect on Trakm8 as her trusted partner.

I just wish they'd start expanding Internationally soon, this is the best time for it.

Ha good question. Personally I am looking for the fabled blockbuster deals in june/July. If the full year results dispel doubts in the meantime, even better. This is not going to rocket anywhere without a bid or material news.

Ch1ck- I take it you are looking for a small bounce and then take profit rather than a consistent reversal in the fortune of the Company and share price?

The chart to me looks very interesting with increased volume spikes on the big falls over the last year. The buys each time are increasing and now we are at a natural support level a move to the up side looks to be on the cards. We might see one final push lower but I would think this will be the trigger for massive contrarian buying.Happy holding or buying at this level.

If it weren't for averaging down, I'd have no positions at all sometimes.

I think realistically there will have to be news for this to move up.

A major contract win is unlikely to come before end-March - otherwise they wouldn't have pulled the trigger on the trading update. A takeover bid could happen at anytime however unlikely there's been any active interest or the directors would not get away with recent share purchases.

There might be weak support here in the meantime similar to the Nov-Feb period.

Increased my holding today by 25%, this is by far my largest holding now and heavily invested. Like others before, in a year from now the transformation will be very visible.

Brave position. Good luck with it.

The main threat being that the share price could be 40p before the Markets see the potential.

Each to their won though.

I am so convinced this is going to pop I bought 15000 @ 70.02 just now, it's not showing yet.It might take 6 months for the markets to see the potential and a year to see the future pipeline feeding sales but when they do it will really fly.Telemetry and data are hot areas now

I saw the price fall as over done on what was essentially a positive yearly statement. The market may not like investment in new tech, training and equipment at the expense of profit margin but I do and so it would seem this investment company.I increased my holding by a third yesterday and will do the same again if the price rises from here.

Trak might have some cutting edge technology but its IR is rubbish. The company has just put out a RNS that Edric Property, a big long time investor, owns 3.53m shares or 9.89% of the company. Unlike most RNS share disclosure announcements it impossible to tell from this one whether Edric has increased or decreased its stake in the 65p a share placing. I was encouraged by the substantial investments of the current directors in the recent share placing but would like to know whether their confidence in the company ‘s future is shared by its second biggest shareholder. Calls to the company and its advisers were met with a no comment.
It is also worth noting that the near £770,000 the directors invested this time round is less than half the £2m or so that some Trak directors raised back in July 2015 when they placed 1.27m shares at £1.57 a share.

Sorry read quickly on mobile, you're right Mike. So I guess they got all this from the open market slowly?

Blondeamon ... looks like you didn't read the RNS carefully enough ... it's the statutory advisory that Edric *now* hold 3.5m shares ... basically they've increased their holding by about 100,000 shares. What ever interpretation you place on it they've put their hand in their pocket and put extra cash into their holding.

Buyer interested in 10% of the company. Wonder why that would be RNSed before it takes place.

Unless he buys that from directors directly and not on the market.

No one knows where the share price will go. That's why I always look at the fundamentals.

Year end results will be also horrible and then with the new year this will book all the deals we've known for a while. Market will realise it overreacted and this will go back to where it was.

It will be a long journey, not one for orphans and no less than a 2-3 year horizon.

Its a dangerous game now.

If this falls and holds below the 65p placing price, then it would not be a time to buy in imo

More like Run to the Hills time

Maybe 65p could form the bottom of a base, who knows?
