02/3/2017 09:23 | PJ1, silly boy, how could you send that nonsensical e/mail ? tut, tut | lukead
01/3/2017 14:55 | I believe this product was already the one Roadsense was selling for years when we bought them and was now integrated into Trakm8 and rebranded. It's not a new one but it's more relevant now than ever as the new laws just passed are way more severe. | blondeamon
01/3/2017 13:29 | I am furious that the company updated the market last week and failed to tell is loyal shareholders about this product hxxps://www.trakm8.c It has been announced today and will help fleets prevent their drivers from using their mobiles whilst driving, with the ban increase starting from today, businesses will be looking for something like this. This product will be huge. Yes the only huge thing I am experiencing is a huge loss as I fire sold all of my shares last week on the terrible news. Why did they not update us loyal shareholders of this news in and amongst all of the doom and gloom. Were they trying to treeshake us all and will now go on to other things without the people who stayed loyal through the tough times. Very angry | 40toolong
01/3/2017 09:16 | Thanks Apad. Good to be back. You do remember correctly. I have escaped at last! | wilmdav
01/3/2017 08:22 | I have increased QTX, on the buy the dip basis, because of the overseas expansion story. Check the 'business' presentation by the CEO, it is pitch perfect. Also their dividend policy is enriching. Good to see you back from being a landlord (if I remember correctly), your graphs are bloody wonderful. apad | apad

28/2/2017 16:41 | harrison, To me TRAK is a bargepole stock and I have learned a lot comparing QTX and TRAK. Doesn't mean I can't appreciate B's posts. apad "The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function." F. 28/2/2017 16:31 | Blondeamon, i believe you are employed by TRAK ? This site amuses me - everyone falls out with one another over sentiment and no real data is provided - but there again that is not unusual as shareholders never know what really goes on in a company they own shares in. I have given you my views, and so far I have been correct. My views have not changed since my last post - all the more cemented as TRAK try and clamour out of a big whole, with a lack of management and a naive set of Directors (techies) and a new sales team...... which will take a minimum of 12 months to realise any of their costs being covered. | harrison15
28/2/2017 16:16 | Blonde... Your posts have opinion supported by data. They are much appreciated. apad | apad

27/2/2017 17:37 | Woodcutter27 Jan '16 - 10:09 - 6 of 1319 1 0 well either QTX is massively over valued or TRAK is massively undervalued one is out of sync woody xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Woody, i am afraid you got it wrong, TRAK was massively overvalued at way over £2 when you wrote that. | lukead
27/2/2017 16:49 | blondeamon - A pertinent post indeed. One of my early successes was Indigovision which was a multi-bagger for me:- From memory there was a "falling out" at the company where I think Vellacott (CEO at the time) wanted to invest heavily in the same way as Watkins has at Trakm8 to gain competitive advantage. Vellacott lost and was ousted (although he did make an attempt at a hostile bid if memory serves me correctly). Indigovision went for conservative management and consequently became a "me also" company. They tick along nicely but the opportunity for stellar growth has gone imo. QTX reminds me of Indigovision (as is) whilst Trakm8 shares the Vellacott vision of investing heavily to seize competitive advantage. It's a big risk of course, but it'll be interesting to see where both companies are in two/three years time. QTX has a strong balance sheet and decent growth, but it's rated far too highly imo. There's absolutely no room for error. P/E is 29 on today's figures and the growth just doesn't justify that. | michaelmouse
27/2/2017 16:27 | People just don't look into the prospects here. Another happy client: In telematics if you slow down growth profits and cash get swollen so it looks like you're doing well for a while. Then eventually you're taken over by competition. TRAK has gone all in, maybe too fast agreed but they see something we can't yet. Devices and clients grow continuously yet spending also went up so fast it overshadowed everything. Ask yourselves what are they gearing up to? Why did they reverse course and spend like crazy in R&D? I think the 2 big RM software sales and the AA deal will happen in 2017/2018 and we'll be back on normal prices. More than 200k devices by year end would be lovely but there's big scope for lots more next financial year. | blondeamon
27/2/2017 15:47 | QTX results today were mixed they too are growing overheads faster than revenue. wc | woodcutter
