Trading Emissions PLC (the "Company") announces a distribution of capital to Shareholders of 5.0 pence per Share, equivalent to approximately GBP12.5 million ("the Distribution"). The Distribution will be financed from the Share premium account. The distribution will be paid on 29 April 2016 to Shareholders recorded on the register on 8 April 2016. The Shares will be marked ex on 7 April 2016.
