|The latest sale of part of the solar investment looks like it will give rise to another cash distribution, perhaps in the region of 1.7p by the end of the year.|
|Took advantage of the 2.66 bid price and sold out this morning for a small profit.
Good luck to those left in.|
|This share seems to have died a death.
Will be selling out for breakeven if there is no news soon.|
|Why all the buys June 10 and all the sells this morning ?
Who`s buying high and selling low.
One things for sure - they are idiots.|
|Unlikely a tip.More likely the organised pumping gang are loading up and ready to pump it.They Will then dump as their followers buy their shares Into the rise. They will exit with their proceeds of pumping, and leave everyone else with losses on a falling price..|
|Lots of buys suddenly appearing.
Looks like there`s a tip out somewhere.|
|That's wishful thinking!!!|
|Can someone confirm, if Yiu buy these today do you still qualify for the 5p payout even though it's gone ex divi.|
|This looks interesting.
I can buy shares at 7+p and get 5p back on 29/04/16.
The question is how much more will they distribute in the future, and how much value there is in the remaining investments.|

The Shares will be marked ex on 7 April 2016.
So arbitration over, expenses caovered(?) back on to the distributions:)|
|Disposal good news?
|anyone reinvesting their redemption money ?
Some say legal situations are good for trade entry i.e. buying when others are fearful:)|
|Liberum estimated the NAV per share in March 2014 at 20.6p per share which would suggest a rather smaller surplus over the share price. The private equity holdings have been progressively written down over the years. As a long suffering holder, it would be nice to think there was something more to come.|
|is that 40% discount ?|
Yes .hope for some good moves from 14.25|
|NAV is approximately 30pps before distribution against an share price of 14p. Post distribution we have NAV 22pps and an share price of perhaps 6p. That's a huge discount even taking into account the stated difficulty of turning assets into cash. Scope for some immediate upside?|
|Back in but with a lower investment than before, at least for the time being. News of cash distribution to come within the next two months should be positive in the short term. The RNS hints at some sale progress soon. But I don't like the way the asset value for each investment is hidden from us, so I'm being rather cautious for now.|
|RNS and some tender to come|
|Thanks Stockonomist good info, CARB/P ETF'S rising too.|
|It could be a win win for both parties whoever the counterparties are.
TRE get some certainty on Liability position. Acquirer gets some potential liabilities but also any future upside should there be any.|
|Is selling the CDM port for nothing a good deal? Freeing TRE of liabilities?
