Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 October 2017 TR European Growth Trust PLC's capital consists of 50,108,397 ordinary shares of 12.5p each. On a poll members have one vote for every 25p nominal value (ie two shares are required for one vote). The Company has no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in TR European Growth Trust PLC is now 25,054,198.

The above figure (now 25,054,198) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TR European Growth Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
