ALLOTMENT OF SHARES

TR European Growth Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that it has allotted 10,000 new ordinary shares of 12.5p each fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares were issued today for cash at a price of 1225.0p per share.

The total number of shares in issue is now 50,108,397.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is now 25,054,198 (one vote for every two shares) in respect of the ordinary shares. The above figure (25,054,198) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TR European Growth Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
