There you have it - TMZ/FS will be enabling all the audio companies to integrate functionality like Google Assistant into their audio products, alongside all the other web services (Spotify, etc.)

This promises to be a massive market, and TMZ/FS have already proved themselves able to provide the hardware and software to the major audio companies due to the DAB market.

Thanks for that. Hopefully once we get through the red ink in the interims we will get a better idea.
They expect to have at least 60% of the GC market and as the article says the launch in next month so volumes must be ramping up as we speak.

They must be tied up in confidentiality clauses around Echo but I and several other investors remain convinced we're in, which if and when confirmed, COULD have a mighty impact on the Mkt Cap.

My understanding FWIW is DAB is around 35% gross margin and GC 25-30% but stand to be corrected.

No problem. The likely margin is around 30% so on $100m of revenue EBITDA would equate to about £22m against current market cap of £38m. A 10× EBITDA shows a potential 5x plus upside...but all about delivery.

AS finally opening up on googlecast now the launch is imminent. Only 2 parties supplying the platform. I heard 4 months ago there were 3 suppliers but one was failing to deliver. Good that has been the case. Now talking $100m of revenues in a couple of years so 20% growth rate about to accelerate.

That's rather the impression I have. My problem with it is that I don't see how they gain the leverage to drive margins high enough to cover R&D and overheads, and deliver a cash flow for shareholders. What do they have that no-one else has, that can be monetised?

I don't believe Toumaz are a part of the current Echo. What Toumaz are trying to do is be a one stop shop for any manufacturer that want airplay, chromecast, spotify, etc capable audio products. Toumaz might be working on making Minuet compatible with echo technology to meet that goal but that is pure speculation.

I would hope the half year report will give some indication where TMZ are heading and maybe by then we will know whether the share price is going north or south.

Of course a lot of things have to go right to get to 10p and I agree it is more dreamland at the moment rather than delusional. However, imagine if Google Cast is a worldwide success and we are in with Amazon and we get a DAB switchover in the UK, all in the next 6-12 months. TMZ would look a completely different animal in those circumstances, while also being relieved of the cash drag that was Sensium.

I agree that the BoD are overpaid in relation to performance but provided they can get the share price to where we would like it to be, who cares? There are a number of positives that could transform the firm, we just have to hope that potential is converted into hard profits and, if so, we could see the share price increase by multiples, IMO.

I disagree with anyone who says that only a CERTAIN number of shares are available to trade!

Safe hands ?? What the fuc* does that mean in the context of this company , safe and Toumaz is a major league oxymoron if ever there was one.

The directors salaries voted on by the muppet non- execs are scandalous, but nothing will change there. Talk of 10p whilst being a good sound byte, is more delusional than I would have expected , we are dealing with a company that's major hope for shareholders is an acquisition.

If I am wrong I will happily eat humble pie, I have masses of shares built on at 1st a belief and an aspiration , then oh expectation, but now held in despair and disbelief and purely to right off against gains elsewhere.

The present business IS sustainable and is in a good position in growth markets but its leadership has big question markets given its sad record

10p only exists in dreamland without some major boosts from Google Amazon and DAB, yet when Anthony took over running the company, the shares were 10.25p

His salary, and Jonathan's, are uncomfortably high compared to what they have actually delivered to date.

Sweenoid, I did say "relatively" few shares in circulation, certainly compared with major firms that have billions or tens of billions of shares. Drewster's post shows how many of them are not available for trade. On the latter point, I wonder if TSC's founder will hang onto the TMZ shares he acquired from IMG, now that he owns Sensium outright. That could release 10% onto the market if he chooses to sell up (he is already making a profit - lucky sod).

If things go as well as they might do, then the only obstacle to 10p being achieved is if a bidder steps in because at the current price even a lowly 5p offer would represent a 100% premium, which may tempt some. We shall see.

1,611,370 million shares in issue is NOT a relatively small number of shares LOC ;-)

and the volumes over the last 2-3 days have been derisory , I wouldn't buy any more with a 19% spread. When there is any serious buying and that spread comes right down it could get interesting but frankly I will never buy any more of these, the most I can honestly hope for is a return on my investment which would be wonderful,I still retain it for CGT purposes and nothing else.

Typical, just as I was toying with a top-up over a quiet summer period the shares go up 20%! Nevertheless, something seems to be brewing and if there is link to Amazon in addition to Google, that can only be positive.

If there are developments going on that we are not yet privy to, it would explain why they were so keen to cut Sensium loose and accepted such a derisory offer. If there are big deals in the offing then the BoD, understandably, would want to focus purely on the audio side of the business.

Like Rob, I am starting to feel very positive about the firm's prospects and the beauty with penny shares is that they can go up very rapidly, given the relatively small amount of stock available compared to blue chips. Perhaps we will get back to 10p sooner than I expected.

for what its worth I agree with sentiments expressed by Rob and his highlighted section of the blog from TMZ seems to summarise a potential new optimism.
