22/10/2006 11:16 | All these arguments over the quality of management obscure the real issue. At this point Ultrasis will sink or swim dependant on NHS take-up. Either the NICE guidance is not worth the paper it's written on or we are on the verge of a revenue (and company) transforming year. I don't claim that my Excel "model" is perfect but hope I haven't made any massive mistakes. OK, here's my initial projections: Best case (I wish!): All PCT's follow NICE guidance which effectively requires them to purchase two 20 user licences each. I have assumed they all go for a discounted three-year licence. Bad case scenario: All PCT's refuse to follow the (binding) NICE guidance and in consequence 10% of practices decide to purchase a single user licence to provide a limited service for their patients: Balanced view: 33% of PCT's follow NICE guidance to the letter, 33% of PCT's purchase a token one year licence for 20 users to satisfy the statutory obligation and the remainder of PCT's provide no funding what-so-ever. Where PCT funding is not provided, 10% of practices decide to purchase a single user licence. The worst case scenario is that we do not get any addition sales after 31 March but even the most rabid sceptics don't expect this to happen. | johndeed
17/2/2006 22:18 | goliard Speaking as Shadow1303 (Rob) I hate frauds, I detest dishonesty. Perhaps I shouldn't take matters so seriously. I have never backed down against a bully. I will go at them till they drop or die in the process. I honestly didn't want this job and went out of my way to to prove I wasn't hijacking the thread for my own purpose. I want to give everyone a chance. If some people put as much effort into succeeding as they do spoiling they would be millionaires. Still, whilst I farted around trying to provide a place that was sane enough to debate ULT my holdings in ULT, VOG, EME and URE made me just over £6000 today. Wonder how cowboy did? Gotta admit I'm a bit different, ain't ya? Never set up a thread before, hate HTML, more of a Visual C++ sort of person. Whats your theory about ss001 then? Some great master plan? | johndeed
