I see Vera is a lucky girl.
A million options for 2 years hence.
The only snag is she has to get the price above today to make a profit.
Not too demanding at first site, but is it a real incentive?

we may see a director buy or more than one director..giving confidence to investors and the market...but Isacc V buying all the time means nothing now...looks desperate really...he has another agenda?
raising cash @8p and then via another route at 6p...that is not exactly
proving to the market that things are moving forward does it.

Actually Vincent & Horrocks both participated in the placing , which was institutional & private.
The institutional was clearly small drips.
Vincent can't get enough of this company, for himself & his grand children.

Now look where we stand:
The share price is dead at the bottom?
The extra cash is in the kitty: with no effect up or down caused by the new shares now trading.
Vincent & another added more shares through the settlement.
Now Vincent once again is buying the shares.
Think that one out,a panic decision?
Structured, controlled decisions in my book.
Lack of market interest,but aren't we due an RNS on the position of the company sometime soon?

The big moneys coming in now wev got the investment in verticals and we have a major investor raising his stake ,remember how profitable this buiseness can be and how well touch breifings is doing from the annual report,tick tock .....

Not really unusual if you look at this logically & YOUR GLASS IS HALF FULL.
Two points.
This side of the business was never fully funded.
They took a loan of 450k from the Chairman,repayable from the profits, so no cash was built up.
The other part is that the price of the new shares 5p is near the market price,& will have definately involved cash flow figures & some financial dilligence.
The company could not even borrow to expand the verticles when Touch local was syphoning off all the cash flow.Ergo the Chairmans dodgy loan.

This give us some idea that at least the company looks viable at the moment going forward, & its as near as we can get to the cash flow situation, which if it was desperate would result in far less attractive loan terms.
As I said looking upwards vertically not down the falling verticles.!!!

LOL - a 37.5% discount on the price of 8p, which the directors subscribed at the last fundraising a few months ago.

It will be interesting to see who purchased the new shares
as these will represent around 33% of the enlarged company.

I cannot beleive the new investors did not see some updated
figures -

Just as I forecasted Nov 30th, but still no firm figures
to inform us how the company is performing, or what the actual
cash position is!
Not encouraging news in my opinion

No, I've given up and sold out this morning. Reinvested the proceeds into Geong at 27p and its up by 10% to 30p already !

I just googled Nicholas Levine & came up with this company with which he was/is connected?
Sounds interstting if he is the one.
Perhaps he fancies a climb up the Verticles.

Masurenguy, just believe rosstar3, why shold he elaorate? He is a man of few words, fewer verbs and even fewer adjectives, the salient point of his post is "good news will send these these up to 10p maybe more".
Im buying in on the last two words "maybe more" only a fool could refuse such advice.
FFS im not going to get out of bed for only 10p
Bloody ell we have the verticals to take into account, could someone enlighten me if they point down or up though?
