Handsome my opinion is no news is bad news.

If they had something to shout from the rooftops they would without question be doing it, they are not.

overheads will be drastically cutt since local is supported by another company that was costing a fortune in staff and offices so of course they will have less overheads now.its an investment simillar to a biotec cant expect things overnight.

Since the Company - disposed of Touch Local - for no money, I cannot see where it has been mentioned what the likely cash position is now within Touch,

Whilst the trimmed down Briefings may have a future and generate cash, no one know for sure when this may happen, and in the meantime is the cash still ebbing away? The last statement said "Touch Briefings is now a profitable company" but will that cover all the groups overheads?

I would think that the previous cash raised is close to have being spent, so I would not be surprised if the Board are trying (if still possible) to have a cash call or placing of some desciption.

Think for the shares to make any move north, an announcement with a current trading statemnet confirming the Company is now cash generative is needed, as with only a month of trading left in this current year the Board must know
the likely year end outcome.

Hopefully Hyder is wrong and this company has a future, but think it may be some way off before one can say Touch is a sound investment.

Man, or one of their clients is still fishing in this hole.
Perhaps they know that the share price is back below the 200 day moving average,just as the 50 day has crossed over [ not golden?].
The RSI is down,so it is a problem of market forces ?
This should not be the case if the story we know on here in the last few months was being properly reflected in the price.
Something is not in line here.
It clearly takes a Man to trade these shares at these prices!!!

More strange price movement a broker /broker trade, moving a significant chunk of stock, but to where? Large blocks of stock keep moving around on this share.

Clarification of all this please anybody?

It looks like 14 Verticles up & running.
Last year they may have had 2 if any at all.
Publishing Director on Board would seem a good move since thats the growth area.
Some Verticles clearly have paying guests already.
At least we can see whats happening now.
I wonder if Man have been visiting again? share price moves forward,Fat Finger?
