16/11/2006 16:40 | jews like to spread there wealth amongst familly members. next lesson on jews monday! | rossstar3
16/11/2006 15:03 | Well Pat. Perhaps you can kindly explain what Man Financial & their clients are about this time? They certainly seem to be aware of Touch as a vehicle for some transactions. Regards Haydock Gonzales: Add the two sets of sharea together: Beneficial and Non beneficial & he still has about 26%. Then there is the Pension fund & his family perhaps? | haydock
16/11/2006 11:23 | Can anyone tell me what has been going on here? Last time I looked Isaacs had 29%+ of the TOU shares. The latest RNS states that he has 13%. I don't remember any large director sales? Has there been a large share issue that Isaacs didn't partake in (thus reducing his overall % ownership)? TIA. | gonzales
09/11/2006 17:50 | Oh well that rise didn't last long!!! | the big fella
09/11/2006 17:24 | who wants some touch share going cheap?? | rossstar3
09/11/2006 12:14 | Thanks for the clarification Pat. Your calming thoughts much appreciated, stops me making rash decisions like buying any more, to average down. | haydock
09/11/2006 11:34 | MAN dont own them ...purely an individual whose done it via a CFD. | patviera
09/11/2006 09:42 | Looking at British Bulls it's crossed over & they still say hold after a buy signal. Oh yes & that was Man Group with its large toe in this pool last week. They don't bring TOU into focus for the good of their health up or down. | haydock
09/11/2006 09:36 | For the beginner like myself the charts show that the 50 day moving ave. is hovering about to maybe cross the 200 day ma. Will this just be a simple cross or could we have the supposed excitement of a golden cross in the near future? 200 day is about 5.80 so the bottom of this one is perhaps now just below the share price although it was below the 200 for a long time. Do we go nowhere, or do we have a direction? Any Chartists? | haydock
08/11/2006 21:00 | Whatever they did it still represents larger scale interest in the company than when the ticker reads zero, or its just the moles dealing. Things are still alive & kicking and healthier now than before the split. We all know that, its the wider market that may ,or may not want to pick this one out from the heap, that at the moment represents AIM. | haydock
08/11/2006 20:43 | cmon guys it means nothing...whoever bought 1.4 m...rolled it once then didnt want to pay for them so stuck it in a spreadbetting account.LOL...these are going nowhere. | patviera
08/11/2006 20:04 | Reference to an RNS but nobody reproduces it so here it is. Touch Group plc The Board received notification on 3 November, in accordance with section 198 (1) of the Companies Act 1985, that as at the close of business on 2 November 2006 Man Financial Limited are the beneficial owners of 3,648,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company which represents approximately 4.85% of the Company's issued share capital. | masurenguy
08/11/2006 18:24 | Well if the RNS refers to Man group then we can all be hopeful for the future. Anyway an instituion taking a plunge or continuing to hold Touch is another step in the right direction. If its Man the hedge fund they are surely looking for rocket fuel ? Your 10p dream has a chance Big Fella. Comments folks? | haydock
08/11/2006 16:59 | rns will get the share price up a little | rossstar3
08/11/2006 11:36 | numptie?? whats that? i didnt sell em!! | patviera
08/11/2006 09:58 | Just my opinions. Time will tell if the market agrees. Whether people buy sell or just hold doesn't effect the underlying performance of the company. People expect thing overnight. I will be more than happy if these are north of 10p this time next year. | the big fella
08/11/2006 09:15 | pat u numptie | rossstar3
07/11/2006 18:34 | big fella....healthier?? 100 trade at 5.5p!!! | patviera
02/11/2006 11:30 | Pat My view is that this company is in a far healthier state than when you bought in at 12p! Touch local was the drain on TOU's profitability. With this now only an investment there will be a significant improvement in the bottom line. Much depends on how this is accounted for, but you can bet your bottom dollar the headline numbers next time round will be vastly different. The fickle market will see the headlines and re rate accordingly is my view. I see this continueing to recover off the floor. I can see no reason why it shouldn't get back to your 12p level within a year. | the big fella
02/11/2006 10:46 | pat with breifings upside is huge have another look,numptie. | rossstar3
02/11/2006 09:06 | I bought in at 12p on back of big director buying...company has always been bullish and never delivered...I think there is little downside but now they have only 25 pct of local the upside is also limited.I will be a seller into rising prices...this doesnt mean that the shares will not reach 10p,im just bored with them. Whats your view on the stock? | patviera
01/11/2006 16:29 | Why sell now when they are just recovering off the floor? I know you have been around this thread for a fare while, so I am also assuming you are selling at a loss. Just want to understand your reasoning? | the big fella
01/11/2006 11:26 | i just sold 200 at 6.5!! they must be good!! | patviera
01/11/2006 11:20 | You can sell 100K at the mid price on Self trade. So I still think there are some buyers around at these levels. | the big fella
31/10/2006 14:57 | potential 60 million revenue without local and 10 million plus profit, woopy! | rossstar3 |
