The Mcap is £11m.. If the BoD can back up their strategy with solid figures and outlook, as well as showing cash is not burning then the share price will take care of itself...

It is worth pointing out that TLY had over £2.9 million at the interims. So even after the £400k purchase of Optimum in November and the associated extra payment at the end of 2016, there will still be a healthy cash balance for any imminent acquisition. Since all the acquisitions are profitable, they should have burned much less cash in the second half, although clearly they are investing in infrastructure such as IT.

About Health wins new GBP130,000 contract with Harrogate and District Clinical Commissioning Group for Referral Management Services

Totally plc (AIM:TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new GBP130,000 12-month contract ("the Contract") with Harrogate and Rural District CCG ("the CCG"), through its subsidiary About Health Limited ("About Health"), a community based dermatology services company and provider of Referral Management Services ("RMS") under contract to the NHS since 2009, to provide RMS to the CCG. Revenues for the Contract are scheduled to commence later this month.

Nobby, if you look at the trades yesterday..

The 1st 2 sells were 1 mins apart... the 2nd one moved the bid down..
The next 5 were all 1 min apart as well... however, the 2,500 ones were 'conditional'... after the 2nd 'conditional' trade, the bid moved down sharply from 55p to 51.22p...


Being 1 min apart, I think the trades were by the same person...possibly our resident shorter...

Yes interesting 2 way pull here, which suggests something is afoot. You would have to guess another purchase and concomitant fund raising is on the horizon. As I have said before I would welcome this but clearly some people will see any fund raising as negative which is frankly pathetic.

The plunge yesterday seemed to be due to the MMs over reacting to a few sales. The 47k buy last week did not have so much effect on the upside! Anyway I took the chance to pick up another 2.5k at just below 55p which is all I could get a quote for at the time.
