Why would I want to offload my shares right now, I like TLY's strategy to 'buy and build' a huge healthcare company and it's in it's early stages... but you keep lying that I'm offloading, if it keeps you happy ..

I don't care what you think and I doubt whether the large shareholders or any other PI invested here do either...

Do you think the 70% of shares owned by the few shareholders, those that back TLY's strategy only a few months ago, are now looking to offload..what a prize doughnut you are... lol

following on from the weekend news on NHS, this from today...

"In the speech, to the Charity Commission, Mrs May will announce several measures:
More focus on community care, with an extra £15m towards this, and less emphasis on patients visiting GPs and A&E"




The Nov article (post 1293) from the NHS shows one of the major reasons why the NHS is in crisis... people with LTC bed blocking -
Patients with Multimorbidity don't get care for the person but instead get fragmented treatment for their individual conditions..

If patients with ltc could manage their conditions better outside of hospital then this could lead to fewer unnecessary A&E admissions and bed-blocking... This would leave beds clear for patients with acute conditions...


"Care for people with multimorbidity is complicated because different conditions and their treatments often interact in complex ways. Despite this, the delivery of care for people with multiple long term conditions is still often built around the individual conditions, rather than the person as a whole. As a result, care is often fragmented and may not consider the combined impact of the conditions and their treatments on a person’s quality of life."
