Becuase I rent a number of domains I am being bomarded with emails trying to sell me new ones. This is just an FYI but it gives an idea of the prices end users are likely to be paying. These from 123-reg who are generally at the cheap end.

.photos £19.99
.shoes £24.99

Checking the site those prices are representative of the 31 new tlds they offer i.e. from £19.99 to £34.99. None of these are geographical though which may be priced differently.

shouldn't make too much difference either way, but the re branding should give us a boost and we will no doubt have tested the 20p zone again by the meeting on the 19th

("TLDH", the "Company" or "Group")

Publication of Admission Document

Proposed change of name to Minds + Machines Group Limited

As previously announced, the Company is fully focused on commercialising its gTLD assets through its registry, registrar and registry service provider operations. As a result, the Board intends to implement fully a number of changes to the way in which TLDH is managed which will have the effect of changing the status of the Company from an investing company under the AIM Rules to an operating company with a material trading activity. As part of this transition, the Directors also intend to change the name of the Company to Minds + Machines Group Limited.

The change to an operating company with a material trading activity is classified as a reverse takeover of the Company under the AIM Rules and therefore is conditional, inter alia, upon the approval of Shareholders. The Company has therefore published today a re-admission document setting out full details of these proposed changes and including notice of the meeting of shareholders to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 19 March 2014.

A copy of the re-admission document will be available from the Company's website, www.tldh.org.

I like charts, for what it's worth I'm expecting a bounce soon and hopefully a move back up to 18p over the next few days. 18p appears to be the resistance line, when we get through that then it should move faster. But it is possible that we will bounce off it and go sideways for a while. People who don't like too much risk might wait till we get through 18p before getting in, those who don't mind a bit more risk might buy now and get more bang for their buck (or more reward for accepting the risk).

i am usually a bit of a skeptic when it comes to charts but will admit that sometimes they do seem to follow a pattern

could someone who knows more than me (which is not difficult ) have a look at the TLDH chart
if you start from late Jan at the beginning of the recent rise we hit the line again in mid Feb and again today
are we about to bounce off it ...?

Board Appointment

Further to the announcement of 31 January 2014, the Board is pleased to announce the formal appointment of Mr Elliot Noss as a non-executive director of TLDH with immediate effect.

Mr Noss is President and CEO of Tucows, Inc (NASDAQ:TCX), one of the larger domain registrars, and has served in such capacity since the completion of Tucows, Inc's merger with Tucows Delaware in August 2001. From May 1999 until completion of the merger in August 2001, Mr Noss served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tucows Delaware. Before that, from April 1997 to May 1999, Mr Noss served as Vice President of Corporate Services of Tucows Interactive Ltd., which was acquired by Tucows Delaware in May 1999. Mr Noss received an MBA / LLB from University of Western Ontario and Bachelor of Arts, Commerce and Economics, from University of Toronto.

Fred Krueger, Chairman of TLDH, commented:

"We are delighted that Elliot's appointment to the Board as a non-executive director has formally been completed. Elliot provides excellent balance at a time when we are building out our registrar operations and bringing our portfolio of new top level domains to launch."
