Ducky,

2,633,393,857 shares in play if all warrants taken up.

My bottom end estimation (on a 15% free carry) of £250m market cap would equate to 9.5p per share.

My top end estimation (on a 15% free carry) of £300m market cap would equate to 11.4p per share.

Yes, rmart, I did state "once all income streams are fully developed", which by my rudimentary calculations would equate to c.£60m revenue to Tomco per year, with anticipated lifespan of plant and wells being 20 years.

The plan is still for 28 wells in total I believe.

The potential here is HUGE.

I wonder if JP will go and live in Utah.

I see JP being on the board of GF representing TOMs percentage interest

Would it be difficult for JP to be neutral if he works for Greenfield ?

An idea of future earnings from two plants and 12 + wells would be a good help with the share price. Although we may get an idea of production volumes in the GM RNS we may have to wait for a proactive investors interview to get an idea on numbers. Saying that, there needs to be sufficient knowledge gained by shareholders so we are suitably informed to vote on the deal. I think anything over 5% retained in GF would be huge for TOMCo

John is employed by tomco, tomco will be a shareholder of GF. Probably with john as a board member of GF. All dependant on this deal being completed of course!!!

He has to be SL I would have thought to look after our interests but I expect he will not be the top nob, so hopefully JP will have time to consider other possibilities.

Be good to talk about something definite.

Will also depend on whether john is retained on the GF board and his responsibilities.

And with valkor and another large company involved the capital growth will be interesting

Hopefully, the warrants are taken up so JP has the funds to look for other deals.

So we could have an income share with a good dollop of capital growth. Nice.

Don't fret about warrants, it's not that important. It would bring in a decent chunk of cash but might cause short term selling as they clear through. Not a long term issue. Also, we are miles from them being considered taken up!!

Again we don't know what Tom will do. It has other leases that, with a war chest, might be able to exploit. Yes excess funds would be returned, I'm sure large shareholders would see to that.

I think a big thing for us are the warrants that expire at the end of February.
Will our share price go up enough to bring the warrant purchase into play and is that good for us non warrant holders?

What I'm struggling to get my head round is if TOMco gets this % equity in Greenfield what will TOMco actually do ? Is it just going to be just a cash shell with an annual income? Plus will this income be returned to shareholders?

A company can have lots of potential, but if it can't get funding then it's going nowhere.

It also looks on the face of it (we got very little info) that this deal cancels the previous deal that would see a massive amount of shares going to Valkor.
