29/12/2022 10:04 | TD - it does but as per this post from the accounts fenners66 21 Dec '22 - 13:55 - 16135 of 16176 Edit Just been reading the last Final accounts I would bet most of the gamblers buying shares in this narrative co. have not bothered reading the narrative... so , always happy to help.... no screaming at the back please.... "the payment which is due in respect of the TSHII option by 31 December 2022 of $16,250,000 requires sufficient additional funding to be raised prior to December 2022 otherwise the option lapses." Read their lips (to paraphrase) PRIOR to Dec 22 otherwise the option LAPSES..... Well that time limit has expired (as we said right at the very start , remember that ? ! ) so according to the last published full accounts the option lapses.... Now that actually is probably a good thing as it was very expensive anyway ... but do the gamblers see it that way? | fenners66
29/12/2022 09:35 | Fenners - not that it is relevant to the outcome - but the 90% option has to be exercised by 31 December 2022. Failure RNS booked for 3 Jan! | the diddymen
29/12/2022 09:17 | Vauch 29 Dec '22 - 09:00 - 29185 of 29185 " if we are lucky ts2 may get an extension but at what increased price will it be, a % of greenfield maybe" Alternatively , if you are lucky , the TSHII option to buy 90% massively overpriced (240x , the acreage next door) will have lapsed at the end of November , as recorded in the previous final accounts... and TOM don't get the opportunity to burn more funds trying to fund the un-fundable..... However we all know since there was never any other buyer for the land , the "option " was never necessary in the first place , the 10% was just to hook shareholders in , so why would TSHII turn their backs now ? $250k and a 3 month extension or something like... and for the record we suggested that months ago.... | fenners66
29/12/2022 09:00 | Well I can see no reason that any news could not have already been released, I can see we will be let down yet again, if we are lucky ts2 may get an extension but at what increased price will it be, a % of greenfield maybe. | vauch
29/12/2022 08:45 | The silence on reichy's censored thread says it all. HarrybenHarry has been moderated! | the diddymen
28/12/2022 23:02 | Takes a deep breath....... | bountyfull
28/12/2022 22:54 | I would hate to be out this weekend, price of current market cap will be multiple, choo choo, I know someone who is in Utah right now, this is an opportunity of a lifetime…. Those are the quotes for over a decade by the most clueless and failed investor of AdVFN, check the chart it’s simples | lukeisbackontrack
28/12/2022 22:07 | on AJJ on the reichy's censored thread could possibly come up with this "Certainly seems a matter of when and not if judging by the respected posters on this board." AJJ, they will have to report by 07.00 on 3 January. TOM fall into a conventional category, whereby the one employee will leave reporting of bad news to the last minute. Don't hold your breath. | the diddymen
28/12/2022 21:52 | Certainly seems a matter of when and not if judging by the respected posters on this board. Time to finally deliver on all that potential ;) | ajj2003
28/12/2022 17:29 | Lets hope we get an rns tomorrow and not on half-day Friday. I also hope we get a lot of positive information and not more can-kicking like the last rns. DF | ducky fuzz
28/12/2022 14:57 | I'm sure we will have good news.......when it is able to be released. | damac
28/12/2022 14:49 | HI damac ..Lets hope for good news. | ducky fuzz
28/12/2022 14:21 | What planet are they on....... | the diddymen
28/12/2022 14:00 | At this stage I am totally uninterested in ‘what might be’. Just give us the news and then we can work out the possible share price So far Tomco have been unbelievably poor on communication. Hopefully tomorrow will see some news and allow us to be positive. I hope it is not left till Friday as I think it will be seen as poor news if so. | rmart
28/12/2022 13:53 | I can see why the phrase 'at LEAST 14 in-situ wells' is being used. According to the Heavy Sweet Oil Utah DOGM briefing session from 24/8/2022, there are 2 phases... Phase 1: 4 central wells will be drilled and will use CSS (Huff and Puff) and standard well spacing (40 acre). Phase 2: 6 offset wells drilled for each central injector well to make a 7 spot hexagonal flood scheme. The above sounds like they're aiming for 28 wells in total. | kdickson
28/12/2022 13:21 | Goulding, I'm sure Proactive Investors will follow on quickly with a report regarding the potential financials to Tomco going forward, but all the info that shareholders require will be in the General Meeting announcement RNS. Shareholders must have sight of this info in order to make an informed decision on the funding proposal at the General Meeting. | damac
28/12/2022 13:12 | Of course, all that is subject to price of oil. If Putin continues on his path of destruction, I have read that price of oil will increase next year. But we are all aware of the inaccuracy of forecasts. Plus over 20:years, more CORTS?, more in situ wells, income from sand can vary a lot. Hopefully, Proactive Investors may well come along with some estimates. All in hope up until now. GLA | goulding1215
28/12/2022 11:49 | If the proposed deal happens (subject to shareholder approval of course) and after the planned progression of building 2 plants and excess of 14 in-situ wells, if Tomco are in the situation of of having £50-60m annual turnover (for the next 20 years), then I'd expect there to be annual dividends. The annual amount set aside for dividends would be after consideration of any annual expenditure, be that through wages or funds being used to progress other opportunities for Tomco. | damac
28/12/2022 11:06 | I think that if we are being carried into a bigger outfit, then, if TOMCO gets sold, there should be an EGM, and shareholders want a say, and not let the BOD let loose with the cash. They have done well in Utah on the technicals, but are lousy communicateurs. We never know what is going on. Aimho. If we get a good cash deal, return to the shareholders. I say. Anyway, we are getting ahead of the game here. | goulding1215
28/12/2022 09:55 | They may pay an annual dividend with established future revenue generated from a free carry | thrgef
28/12/2022 09:10 | Reichsmart on his deluded thread: "News tomorrow - good news News Friday - not good No news - typical tomco. What will we get." After the event again Reichy - the outside chance was today, but if you had read this thread you would have seen some weeks back a prediction of 30th or 3rd, most likely the latter. I will not go through the rationale again. | the diddymen
28/12/2022 09:04 | Fenners the wider market for TOM shares is relevant to the extent that there are no institutional shareholders and the market fails to bring any new shareholders. The market price for TOM is therefore determined by the existing shareholders, their appetite to hang on in, and their appetite to hoover up unloved shares. If it is at an all time low, that price has come from the shareholders who have exited and the appetite of the deluded. | the diddymen |
