At this stage I am totally uninterested in ‘what might be’. Just give us the news and then we can work out the possible share price So far Tomco have been unbelievably poor on communication.

Hopefully tomorrow will see some news and allow us to be positive.

I hope it is not left till Friday as I think it will be seen as poor news if so.

I can see why the phrase 'at LEAST 14 in-situ wells' is being used. According to the Heavy Sweet Oil Utah DOGM briefing session from 24/8/2022, there are 2 phases...

Phase 1: 4 central wells will be drilled and will use CSS (Huff and Puff) and standard well spacing (40 acre).

Phase 2: 6 offset wells drilled for each central injector well to make a 7 spot hexagonal flood scheme.

The above sounds like they're aiming for 28 wells in total.

Goulding,

I'm sure Proactive Investors will follow on quickly with a report regarding the potential financials to Tomco going forward, but all the info that shareholders require will be in the General Meeting announcement RNS. Shareholders must have sight of this info in order to make an informed decision on the funding proposal at the General Meeting.

Of course, all that is subject to price of oil. If Putin continues on his path of destruction, I have read that price of oil will increase next year. But we are all aware of the inaccuracy of forecasts.

Plus over 20:years, more CORTS?, more in situ wells, income from sand can vary a lot.

Hopefully, Proactive Investors may well come along
with some estimates. All in hope up until now. GLA

If the proposed deal happens (subject to shareholder approval of course) and after the planned progression of building 2 plants and excess of 14 in-situ wells, if Tomco are in the situation of of having £50-60m annual turnover (for the next 20 years), then I'd expect there to be annual dividends. The annual amount set aside for dividends would be after consideration of any annual expenditure, be that through wages or funds being used to progress other opportunities for Tomco.

I think that if we are being carried into a bigger outfit, then, if TOMCO gets sold, there should be an EGM, and shareholders want a say, and not let the BOD let loose with
the cash. They have done well in Utah on the technicals, but are lousy communicateurs. We never know what is going on. Aimho. If we get a good cash deal, return to the shareholders. I say.

Anyway, we are getting ahead of the game here.

They may pay an annual dividend with established future revenue generated from a free carry

Reichsmart on his deluded thread:

"News tomorrow - good news
News Friday - not good
No news - typical tomco.

What will we get."

After the event again Reichy - the outside chance was today, but if you had read this thread you would have seen some weeks back a prediction of 30th or 3rd, most likely the latter.

I will not go through the rationale again.

Fenners the wider market for TOM shares is relevant to the extent that there are no institutional shareholders and the market fails to bring any new shareholders. The market price for TOM is therefore determined by the existing shareholders, their appetite to hang on in, and their appetite to hoover up unloved shares. If it is at an all time low, that price has come from the shareholders who have exited and the appetite of the deluded.

Ducky

they would never return any money to shareholders, they are like kids in a sweet shop. They would buy into some looney buisness without due diligence, like red leaf resources $5m invested and sold the shares for $133,333 !!

at this point they might as well sell Tomco and be done with it.

Hi thr .. they probably intend to sell 80%-95% of Greenfield. For this TOMco get cash
plus an annual income. They would have no working overheads other than salaries and AIM running costs. Most of the money would just sit in an account, why not return it to shareholders? What else would they do with it. The venture is then clearly no-risk
for TOMco. Of course if this all happens. DF

Ducky, if Tom become a cash cow that means they've sold 100% of Greenfield. What's the point of that? Don't think it would have taken so long
