Now at 0.335p

I guess those old share certs have long been locked away in a draw , the cost of a sales transaction being less than the sale proceeds.

Some would find value in crystallising the loss to offset vs. capital gains - however , most likely not any of the gamblers , they would have to find something able to
1, actually make a gain
2, actually make a gain higher than the CGT annual allowance....

Maybe in 2024-25 when the CGT allowance falls to £3000

Actually on second thoughts , probably not, that's still setting the bar far too high....

As TOMCO pulling off this deal is now a 200/1 shot, it’s likely he has thousands on the rank outsider.

That’s a statistical 0.5% chance of success and that seems generous

Vauch shorters will have done well on this share - but I do not think that there is much stock on loan. The party is coming to an end. There might be a bit of worthless paper in the dying days but the narrative runway is running out.

It is only my opinion but the cause of failure was that there was never an intent to deliver shareholder wealth. In fact quite the opposite.

The evidence of failure is there:
There is no balance sheet
There is only one employee (think through the implications on a lender if they did have a business plan)
There are no proven intangible assets that might protect the business
Both routes to commercialisation are unproven
If there is value it will be cheaper to buy TSHII after insolvency
Major projects (this is) need to be financed years in advance, not days
TOM's communications are narrative based
Everyone in the industry in Utah will know the perilous position of TOM
TOM have no ability to raise funding except biscuit tin money from existing shareholders.

Reichsmart would have done better to keep a more balanced thread - but then he is one of the few who has probably made money - and that is why he runs the thread, and that is why the Directors run the company.
