Groat has a home in Malta so he is possibly there now. Potter will be back for Christmas so he could be found with mates in a pub near you.

Of course you and others are concerned about your investment - just shows what these individuals are about. Try to get hold of ZAK - he has a flat in Lingfield Surrey.

Don’t forget in emoluments was Kitchener’s costs - fees for 5 months and severance of £30,000 ie £45,000. Why was it necessary to pay severance? Value for money no doubt - or perhaps Potter gave him the chop!

It is worth reading last year’s accounts as you have done. A number of relevant questions arise in the light of what has / is happening.
Some here should read the bit about shareholders communication - most here seem to consider shareholders communication to be poor / non existent. If Groat stands by what is stated and he allows this to be printed in a public document, then investors are being treated as plain fools. Why does he not spell it out - investors are a necessary but diabolical evil and we do not have the time to communicate except for AGM’s where we like to tell investors what they like to hear even if it is exaggerated!

+ Pensions ?

Travel costs etc.......

And what do you get , at the end of the day ? What do you get , to take away ?

Just been reading the last Final accounts

I would bet most of the gamblers buying shares in this narrative co. have not bothered reading the narrative...
so , always happy to help.... no screaming at the back please....

"the payment which is due in respect of the TSHII option by 31 December 2022 of $16,250,000 requires sufficient additional funding to be raised prior to December 2022 otherwise the option lapses."

Read their lips (to paraphrase)

PRIOR to Dec 22 otherwise the option LAPSES.....

Well that time limit has expired (as we said right at the very start , remember that ? ! )
so according to the last published full accounts the option lapses....

Now that actually is probably a good thing as it was very expensive anyway ... but do the gamblers see it that way?

But are they just waiting for something to happen over which they have no influence - there is nothing for them to do except wait wait and wait as do investors.

Lopo, they are executing a strategy and to that end they are entitled to draw a salary. To my mind the strategy is akin to trying to develop a hot air balloon to travel to the moon. It is not going to happen.

If JP is currently on £140k plus the usual, bearing in mind ambulance personnel are paid a fraction of that amount, how does that square up? If JP HAS NOT achieved anything in the recent years is he worth even £38k. More fool Groat for being taken in by this ‘accomplished leader’

if existing investors’ ‘wipe out’ is on the cards, then the Board should think most carefully about the amounts they have and are taking out of this operation relative to losses incurred to date and prospective losses arising from their actions.

danmart hype is the symptom of the problem.

I do not think the next RNS will be an RIP RNS, it will be a 'buy 3 months RNS'. Then in 3 months shareholders will either be all but annihilated or annihilated.

Open a book on where JP will be employed next?

As a matter of courtesy the chairman should advise investors of the Board’s salary levels
For the year ending 30th September 2023 including of course the sole employee JP so that investors can be satisfied the salaries represent fair value.

That quoting from TOM's own accounts is .... somehow deramping.....

An audit firm has to apply scepticism - in which case TOM has a NIL asset format and a list of liabilities which are pretty easy to confirm. Going concern considerations are inapplicable as there is no feasible activity in true business sense.

That was just the £8,293,000 written off intangibles last year then......

Just remember , WHEN they spent all that cash , it must have been on the newest , greatest , most fantastic , potential , new business ever......

Until it wasn't.

You got to like this bit, which demonstrates their level of expertise......

"The exploration and development licences comprise nine Utah oil shale leases covering approximately 15,488 acres. These assets have been impaired in full on 30 September 2021 for the reasons given in note 1.9.The impairment value represents the estimated value in use of the assets concerned, which is estimated at nil. "

Read their lips

Estimated use of assets concerned ....

NIL

Auditor's remuneration in the last set of accounts was.....

£43,000 despite there being no business to audit....

Remember
Revenue Nil
Cost of sales Nil

It looks like the sort of "trade " you could audit in a day....

So what actually took so long ?

Perhaps JP could offer his expertise to Petroteq to sort out its rather pathetic financial position - and he should make sure he receives payments in advance just in case.
No doubt TOM’s auditors are racing ahead with their procedures so as to ensure the financials are NOT delayed as before. Expect an increased audit fee from BDO to take account of the technical issues AND the transaction volume.
