03/4/2006 15:30 | now moved up a bit in sympathy. | rambutan2
03/4/2006 12:01 | Superb results from YOU today and a soaring YOU share price. Bodes well surely for something similar from TOL this week. i.e a good chance that TOL shares could go up fast too? Surprised that TOL shares haven't moved up a bit today following the excellent YOU results. YOU are even talking about paying a dividend before too much longer. IF TOL shares rise strongly then it should also give a lift to the EVT share price which has been stuck for weeks. | kenmitch
31/3/2006 16:55 | Results next week | lord orphan
31/3/2006 09:56 | A dull few weeks for TOL fans. Same pattern. A few weeks of shares stuck followed by a bounce. Results due soon. Certainly before Easter so could well be next week. Hope they're as good as expected and the share price gets another lift. | kenmitch
08/3/2006 23:34 | noted that synovate delivered a double-digit rate of organic growth for aegis. | rambutan2
06/3/2006 12:42 | Strange things happening today. More trades than normal - started with a few buys and a soaring share price, then a few sells, one below the quoted price and the shares fell all the way back again. And then what appears to be a 14000 ish buy at a full 10p above the quoted buying price, which left the share price unmoved. Don't know what it all means, but there is clearly growing interest in TOL now. | kenmitch
03/3/2006 11:21 | beautifully illiquid - for holders! | rambutan2
03/3/2006 11:12 | So far today up 9 at 131.5...[128-135. Gets better and better Cheers Th. | theophilus
02/3/2006 17:13 | Yes! And up today another 3.5 to 122.5 ..[120-125] Hope it continues in this direction. Cheers Th. | theophilus
01/3/2006 17:12 | Yes. Good to see the share price rise a bit today with a few small buys. These tend to move up on very little buying, possibly because well over 80% of the shares are held by Institutions and also 14% held by Frederic-Charles Petit. Re. the results. Checked this out today. No firm date yet, but the Finals will be before Easter. RNOW and YOU both rose strongly post results, and so with luck will TOL assuming their results are also good. Could rise ahead of results too of course, especially if a few who missed the boat with YOU and RNOW, decide to buy ahead of results. | kenmitch
01/3/2006 16:53 | I have shares in some companies that have done specatularly well. This is not one such but it does keep continually moving upwards albeit in a somewhat more restrained manner. So today it ended up 4.5 to 119...[117-121]. I bought in Sept. at 81. So that is about 45-50% increase in about 6 months. So I can't complain. My only complaint is that this is only one of my smaller holdings. Looking forward to the next results. Cheers Th. | theophilus
14/2/2006 16:37 | Rumours? Probably just that. Also can't see why it would be the kiss of death if true, as they have a good tipping record. And their Companies Editor Simon Thomson has done brilliantly over the last year or so with, from memory, 17 winning selections in a row, and most of those were big or biggish winners. Investors Chronicle were positive about Toluna when commenting on the results a few weeks ago. They rated the shares "good value." I would have been more inclined to believe this rumour if they had said "buy." Will be very pleased if wrong, as an I/C tip would almost certainly give the share price another lift. Am confident that will happen anyway in time, but the sooner the better. | kenmitch
13/2/2006 19:17 | kiss of death???, why? d7 | dodge7
13/2/2006 18:40 | Rumours of an upcoming tip in the Investors Chronicle - IC has already tipped RNOW and YOU in the same sector. If correct, IMHO this might be the kiss of death for TOL, at least for a while. | rhianna1
10/2/2006 12:05 | Flurry of small buys today. Wonder why? Shares - which often move on minimal buying - up 4p. IF previous chart pattern is followed then maybe more to come even without news. | kenmitch
03/2/2006 09:31 | The TOL share price hasn't moved on the news. RNOW shares have risen strongly since their recent excellent results. Recent strong rises - after a short weak spell - for YOU too. And RNOW have been tipped in I/C today which explains the 20p rise in their share price today. A few weeks ago I/C rated TOL "good value." Yet TOL shares have been stuck at the same price for weeks! The only one of the three not to rise. Odd. The TOL story/performance is every bit as good - or better - so time soon for the shares to play catch up. Not a chartist - but take a look at the pattern on the TOL chart since last August, and anyone who has never looked at a chart might be able to guess what looks likely to happen very soon. Hope it does as I like the pattern and would be happy if the same pattern appeared for years. | kenmitch
03/2/2006 08:21 | still adding. they paid 108.5p... The Company was notified yesterday that, following the purchase of 375,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 31st January 2006, Invesco Perpetual UK Investment Series (UK ICVC) now holds 5,160,714 ordinary shares of 1p each in ToLuna, representing 14.43 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. | rambutan2
17/1/2006 13:38 | Toluna just launched on AffiliateFuture affiliate marketing network (owned by IBG) - should be a good move. | aleman
06/1/2006 22:39 | and they also paid 110p each for that lot. | rambutan2
06/1/2006 18:51 | Invesco Perpetual purchased another 200,000 shares on 4th January taking their total to 4,785,714 representing 13.38% of the issued share capital of the company. | broomsticks
06/1/2006 11:50 | perpetual ups stake by 300k. that must have been them at 110p (see above post). now holds 4,585,714 ordinary shares, representing 12.82 per cent. | rambutan2
03/1/2006 20:47 | Looks an excellent acquistion, and just as promised in the recent results statement when they said they were looking for small earnings enhancing acquisitions. This one should be immediately 12 - 16% earnings enhancing, and seems a bargain buy? Profits of 360,000 euros pre tax on a turnover of under 900,000 euros is OK! So bought on an historic single figure PE ratio. Interesting buys at the end of the day too. Seems there were two buys of 300,000 shares at 110p against a then offer price of 108p and 109p. Am no expert on this aspect - but could it bode well for a decent bounce in the share price tomorrow? Whatever, as TOL say, their year seems to have got off to a flying start. | kenmitch
03/1/2006 09:51 | expecting good things in 2006 and will v surprised if we dont end year at a substantially higher price. | rambutan2
03/1/2006 07:31 | Earnings enhancings buy:- | integer |
