20/2/2013 10:57 | .....ROTFL Oli !!! Mind you , there IS something very strange going on there ...I`m just not so sure it`s 50/50 though ! Would love to see you take out a bundle there aswell ! | boobly
20/2/2013 10:44 | come on boobly get em sold and stick it all on CAD! | oli12
20/2/2013 10:38 | There`s not much to say - at the moment - and that is a little strange . I am also absolutely amazed that we have heard nothing from the Company . What on earth is going on now ? On the face of it both Fev and the Chinese have had months to decide what they wanted to do with TMC . They did , absolutely NOTHING ! Now the silence suggests that they `May` wished to be involved with the business, but , I`m wondering if there may be some trade off twixt Berong and Ipilan dependent on the issuance of permits . With DMCI now probably holding c. 40% , it will be nigh impossible for FEV to fully take control (unless DMCI sells out for a quick buck ! - No .) and , worse still almost impossible for them to work together round the board room table . I don`t think FEV have been in any position to act until now , simply because the Filipinos always held the trump card with their `Permits` , In a sense it is , and probably quite rightly , the Filipinos who are deciding how their resources are going to be developed and exploited . I think that FEV and DMCI will probably have to strike a deal , which is why there is no news , and which `Might` just return additional benefits for PI`s . ...But ...wtfdik !......and .......I ain`t selling `till the fat Filipino sings ! | boobly
20/2/2013 08:46 | just been quoted 47.75 by TDW for 3 grands worth | soggy
20/2/2013 08:36 | Gently ticking up, 47.6 to sell | r0bt
19/2/2013 20:57 | I'll be amazed if we don't get a response from the company this week, my monies on tomorrow, as they can see DMCI mopping up the shares from impatient sellers. If I was planning on selling my holding I'd contact DMCI and ask for the full 50p. If Naplion was a member of TLG I'm sure aquilla would help with contact details. | r0bt
19/2/2013 20:29 | A bit quieter here today - I expect the company will have some kind of comment on the offer shortly; I cannot imagine we will have to wait more than a week for this. The NAV here is just over 50p however the potential with higher Ni prices, tree cutting permits and licences for Ipilan is £1 plus.... DMCI are acquiring some great assets for the future will TMC be one of them? | oli12
19/2/2013 16:24 | I see that is Mr croppers trade just gone through... | edward3
19/2/2013 14:40 | Hi Naplion, I'm sure DMCI are glad to mop your shares up at a discount. But good luck with your future plans! | aquilla
19/2/2013 13:25 | hi all sold out just now all my 270000 shares at just over 47 pence ( NOT ALL SHOWING YET ON ADVFN).. cant wait up to 6 weeks with all the ups and down in case this or that ..... 27000 profit is very good even after 3 years here ... if I stayed I would have had sleepless nights for the saKE of another 8000 pounds at max in my view .... jc wouldn't have sold at 50 pence knowing that dmci Were going to make an offer and they might pay more .. he also probably didn't want to wait and see ... If this thing doesn't go through for what ever reason and the share prices goes down again, i would be really angry with my self so for my health and for general logic and not being too greedy , I sold all the best of lucK to you all and I hope all goes well and u even get more then 50 pence. | naplion
19/2/2013 13:22 | yes they can - see ENK. | jay083
19/2/2013 12:56 | GS Yes they have the block on getting total 75% control....but not on getting boardroom control at 50%+ The offer RNS specifies 50% and Fev cant block that currently. Also - can DMCI now continue to buy in the market pending the issue of docs? | nav_mike
19/2/2013 12:53 | Fev have the blocking vote so they can play it down to the wire and beyond imo. Recall 25.18% | giant steps
19/2/2013 12:50 | Okay its been a while since Ive been in a takeover situation so bear with me... From fridays RNS: "the Offer will be conditional only upon the receipt of valid acceptances which, together with the Toledo Shares acquired or agreed to be acquired before or during the Offer, will result in DMCI Mining holding Toledo Shares carrying more than 50 per cent." So what happens to the people who accept 50p when the documents arrive but if DMCI fail to get 50p? Are they screwed because the offer lapses? | nav_mike
19/2/2013 11:48 | Most holders here have had them months/years a few weeks more will make no difference | millse
19/2/2013 11:30 | I must admit, six weeks is a bit of a looser timescale than I was expecting - really must keep up to date on such legal matters.... Can see this 'persuading' a few more people to cash in early. | nav_mike
19/2/2013 11:25 | Let's see what the Board recommends first. :-) | aquilla
19/2/2013 10:34 | Thanks aquilla, a useful reminder - worthy of a vote ! edit : Cheng 40p, Cropper 50p, TLG 60p ? (are you ready to drive the tank ? ! LOL !) | giant steps
19/2/2013 10:32 | GS, On the timetable, DMCI have 28 days from last Friday to post the offer document. TMC then have a further 14 days to respond. | aquilla
19/2/2013 10:29 | aquilla, what can you share with the rest of the troops ? | giant steps
19/2/2013 10:27 | Edward, You might have to wait up to 6 weeks (from last Friday) for the Company's stance. See this morning's mail. | aquilla
19/2/2013 07:40 | mm's gonna stop anymore buying from now on | mpclag
19/2/2013 07:26 | ohhh well was expecting another RNS this morning, company holding, new bid or the companies stance.... | edward3
19/2/2013 06:08 | Hectorp 18 Feb'13 - 17:45 - 73767 of 73770 0 0 Yet another company that will not return future value to shareholders apart from early entrants. Well done traders hard luck investors, that seems to be the way of things these days. But interesting that Nickel producers have their price. ---------------- H hit the nail on the head waste of time investing in AIM resource companies best to trade them | divinausa1
18/2/2013 20:02 | ITS ALL A RACKET AS SAID RMLA ,ENK,NOW???? IT BEGGARS BELIEF ENOUGH SAID | ian 50 |
