LOL!! Optimist the fluctuations in TCU are completely irrelevant. Depending on the next RNS these will either increase by a ridiculous amount or crash disastrously.

BullandBear, the above line is happening in CLY and not in TCU.

TCU down 11.00% was just a response to Combo who's been ramping TCU on the CLY thread. He came boasting and posted TCU was up 6.9% last week on a certain day, so I thought I should return the favour and give an update on TCU as not surprisingly Combo did not give an update about the 11.00% drop.

I can't believe people who have invested in this share and are complaining about shares being issued.I mean do they read the releases from the company?

it will take a while and people getting in on t10s or hoping for a quick buck are misguided.

I imagine wats hot will have an update and maybe some new interest will be sparked by the reduced risk rating which this stock must surely now have.Its turning more and more into an investment than a gamble

excellent stuff! the berong will start bringing in dosh estimated at 4 - 7 mill a year we have the prospect of no further dilution for the toledo project and all this for just 15 mill mkt cap!must one bag at least before feb.I wonder who got the shares at 2p?Rab maybe or maybe a new buyer?should get rns about who soon enough.

Overscribed at the bid price.

Sufficient to bring Nickel project to production and positive cash-flow.

Planning to avoid further dilution re Copper mine.

TOLEDO COPPER CORPORATION PLC



The Directors of Toledo Copper Corporation plc (AIM: "TCU") are pleased to
announce they have today completed the private placement of 220m shares at 2p
per share to raise #4.4 million (before costs). The placement was
oversubscribed.



This capital raising completes the funds required to bring the Company's Berong
nickel project into production and positive cash flow.



The Company is advised by Behre Dolbear that their final technical audit of the
bankable feasibility study of the Toledo copper mine will be complete within the
next three to four weeks.



It is the intention of the directors, following the Company's acquisition of its
interests in the Berong and Celestial nickel projects, to investigate all other
options to finance the Toledo copper mine without resorting to further equity.



Pursuant to this Placing, the directors of Toledo Copper Corporation plc, have
interests in ordinary shares in the Company as set out in the table below.

hey! these are about to fly they are bidding 500 000 online limit at 2p and only 250 000 offer at 2.75.I ve not seen it like this for months.it is very strong. i reckon somebody knows something or someone has got a large order to fill.Shiny000 you must be kicking yourself!lol.
