31/8/2004 07:29 | yes but andy whilst there will be a dilution it will be taken by the institutions and well recieved by the markets. In fact once the fear of dilution is lifted i should imagine the shares will start to rally.especially since the money raised will lead to operations which bloat the bottom line | squareroo
30/8/2004 23:40 | square00. Exactly! | andy
30/8/2004 22:52 | I reckon the berong project alone would justify a mkt cap of £20 mill.or a share price of 4p.however there will probably be a dilution. | squareroo
30/8/2004 22:49 | this is what i calculated union hall. from march 2005 will start shipping contained nickel at 25% lme prices($6/lb) cost of shipping to be 35c/lb therefore $1.15/lb profit initially at a rate of 15 million pa increasing to 24mill pa $1.15 x 15000 = $17m x 0.44 = $7.5m - $12m pa = £4.5 - £7million pa | squareroo
30/8/2004 21:17 | The 1996 Rescan pre-feasibility costs have been updated and the estimated funding requirement to positive cash flow is US$6 million. The operating cash break-even cost of the direct shipping operation is estimated to be $1.30/lb of payable nickel, or 35c/lb of contained nickel, which at 300,000 tpa, will be approximately 15 million lbs per year. It is expected payment will be 25% of the LME price, FOB basis, on the contained nickel. This extract from the recent RNS indicates the following to me.... 1/ Current LME price $12,780 / tonne equates to approx $5.7 / Lb. 2/ Payment at 25% will be approx $1.42 / Lb 3/ Excess over operating cost will be $1.07/Lb 4/ Giving a contribution per year of $16m per annum for capital/finance costs and profit to finance local Nickel production or Copper production or further exploration.(from next March) 5/ Toledo allocation 44% or $7m Perhaps someone else has a different or more knowledgeable view ? | unionhall
30/8/2004 20:07 | Is it such a gamble? I thought the nickel project was on course and more or less in the bag?but there again what do i know.good luck everyone. | squareroo
29/8/2004 21:37 | This is the gamble.....no point in being on the sidelines....if you are in then you can win...but you have to realise that although potentially very exciting....it's very much a gamble. With the authorisation of all these new shares..we must get institutions piling in for big chunks..however they don't gamble and will wait until they get confirmation that things really are begining to happen. Interesting times indeed!! | j bravo esq

27/8/2004 15:13 | Fear snoop smell the FEAR!!!!!! | squareroo
27/8/2004 15:07 | I agree with you both however the report is old news IMHO as is the financing. I hold 800k of these but just cant see them going anywhere. | snoopdoggywuff
27/8/2004 15:03 | Hard news is a must, the markets don't lie. Give us a positive feasibility study and confirmation the finances are in place. We can't reasonably expect serious interest before those two bridges are crossed. | shiny000
27/8/2004 14:57 | punters like me and you will not move the price much it is the big institutions that will move this one. if they start producing then this will attract large players. | squareroo
27/8/2004 14:54 | Unless we get some serious interest from somewhere, then this is where we are staying. There are just TOOOOOOOO many shares out there issued at 1.5p. | snoopdoggywuff
27/8/2004 14:54 | what with the nickel project just months away?the price will still be 2p?no it will be at least 3p. | squareroo
27/8/2004 14:51 | Sorry snoop, that's much too boring! The space age ones are the best by far... | shiny000
27/8/2004 14:48 | I will give you a price prediction if u really want one as they 'make your day'. This will be 2.125p at Xmas. Right where it is now. | snoopdoggywuff
27/8/2004 14:38 | I think the market makers are being sensible. It would be easy enough to create a bubble in a stock such as this. And if they did and the price rocketed purely on a promise, whay then should things go belly up? Well there would be carnage and one helluva mighty bloodbath. That's not what I'm predicting mind you. It's just the company is still very young and on trial so it has to be better to form a good solid base before any fireworks are lit. Once promises start being delivered in the way of hard news - the first one being this elusive feasibility study (where is it?!), then let's see what happens. You guys with your definitve price predictions alway make me smile. How, why, and a whole heap of other questions spring to mind, but it's all good fun so keep em coming, you make my day! Tell you what if I could forecast the future like that I wouldn't even bother to log in. Happy investing all | shiny000
