Not sure what all the fuss is over wages. Nothing new there. Re Funding, TLOU has always been crystal clear about having to raise funds in the future to support the project. Nothing new there either. Quite an exciting project, importantly with government backing. Reserves looking to be booked by year end and company implying they are confident of thisWhats the fuss? Absolutely nothing has changed.Company has an opportunity to make a fortune. I'll take a slice of that!

The report confirms that they expect to book the first independently certified reserves before year end.

Quite a reaction here today given the trading is pretty level.

Some fair points from PotterM on the annual report however I remain more positive and having only recently bought in at 9.4p I am happy to give them a few months to create more tangible value.

Annual Report tells you everything you need to know about this.
No Gas Flow Rates declared but flowery language used to give the impression it's all going to be okay.
Moving on to explore other potential Reserves elsewhere, which will allow the BoD & Execs to pay themselves approx. 1/3rd of the Funds recently raised for another year, with the most recent Fund Raise being eaten up in the process.
Absolutely no Funds whatsoever to develop operational Wells with and nothing for a Gas-to-Power Plant.
This will keep raising Funds from as many sources as possible for a couple of years, any PIs buying-in will have every opportunity to make a tiny Profit on the occasional spike and very many opportunities to lose quite alot as the inevitable dilution takes place time & time again.
Just another AIM-listed Company 'exploring opportunities' that is set up to benefit a few... the people listed in the Report as beneficiaries of benefits !! If you're not listed, you're not one of them !!! True Story !!

I don't agree with that soulsauce. Any presentation or appearance is to inform and answer any questions from investors.More publicity for TLOU is more potential investment. They can't pick and choose when these events take place to suit their announcements, just as they aren't allowed to use these platforms to announce sensitive information for the first time. I'm holding this one, fingers crossed it's hit the bottom today. Gl to you.

Looks like the sells have dried up a tad with buyers replacing them, back to 10p in short order.

I also agree with a previous poster that the reserves cpr is what intrigues me, and is most definitely the the pointer towards either buying a large chunk more of shares, or selling up altogether. Hopefully its the former.

Must say I sold this morning. Feel the mgt shouldn't have done the presentation without more info on production and size of gas finds so far. Think it has spooked some including me. Will keep a close eye on developments with a view to buying back in.

Share Incentive Scheme
£50k of shares for an share price of 10p, could make them £50k if it then stays above 20p for 10 consecutive days. I can live with that

Been waiting for a decent entry price so just jumped in with @140k shares below 9.5p

In the drawer they go with MRS and ARS.

Q4 should be interesting this year....
