Results Date and Annual General Meeting
TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, today confirms that the Group intends to announce its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2016 on 30 June 2017.
The Group intends to publish and send to shareholders its annual reports and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the "Accounts") on 30 June 2017 and convene an Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2017 at 4:00pm BST ("AGM"). As the Accounts will not have been in shareholders' hands for at least 21 days before the AGM, the Chairman will adjourn the meeting, before any of the resolutions are put to a vote, to 10:00am BST on 25 July 2017 to enable shareholders to consider the Accounts in advance of the adjourned AGM. The AGM meetings will be held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP at 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN.
The Accounts and notice of AGM will be made available on the Group's website at the relevant time.
