this is well worth holding med-long term now.......2011/2012 with metal prices nearing or above previous highs, then the current valuation is compelling...if they get a settlement for D2, then we'll be off to the races near term....then factor in future earnings..

pressure to the upside building now...excellent results thru the worst bear market in living memory.......well positioned now to reap the rewards of a full recovery....

hopefully good news from the court case should add to the momentum...here's hoping.....

hard to see any downside here, costs down, profits up, 30m settlement within a week.

From a first quick scan the results/outlook look good to me. Insurance claim could be resolved by end of month if out of court settlement can be reached. If not then by the end of July.

Todays the day of the interims. Looking for a nice pick up in ore producting, comments on chinese demand and most importantly resolution/settlement news on Dredge D2 insurance claim.

This is an illiquid stock very a small free float. Some good news will see these move signifcantly higher (20p-30p+) and very quickly imho.

One of the smaller insurers have already paid out some time ago as after consulting their lawyers they felt they really didnt have a leg to stand on. TXR management believe they have a very strong hand ;-)

Dean, Only TXR know, but D3 was £15 million, plus lost production cost !!!.
Probably what is causing the delay.
D3 is already paid for so anything back will boost bank balance.
