Transaction in own shares
Tiso Blackstar announces that on 26 May 2016 it purchased 1,032 ordinary shares of EUR0.76 each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of R8.33 (GBP0.36) per share. The purchased Shares are expected to be held in treasury in accordance with applicable law.
The Company has a total of 268,291,260 shares in issue and, following the above purchase, excluding the treasury shares the issued share capital of the Company will be 267,223,335. The number of Shares purchased represents 0.0004% of the total shares in issue.
A total of 1,067,925 treasury shares are now held by the Company.
