Who is the private equity 'players' circling around the co.? Is this likely to be a buyout or are they purely looking to invest and at what price? This could be major news for the co. and we will see the shareprice rocket?

Not aware of any. Although they were awaiting the outcome of Teacher's TV, but that seems to have gone to Ten Alps although nothing has been said from Tinopolis's camp.

I believe that they haven't enough cash at present for an acquisition drive, much like many others in this sector. All the selling of shares is not good for the longer term investor!

I remember a few years back Richard Branson delisting one of his co. as he was unhappy with the 'short term investor not giving the co. much stability. I reckon that this co. are in the same predicament at present?

TopTrump - I remember some weeks ago that some one posted that there was news on the way ... but nothing seems to have appeared.

Since the recent results, not much news coming out of this co. Anyone know of any?

no idea maybe there is some good news in the pipeline on a contract win or something. I not that two analysts cover the stock now and both rate it a buy , so maybe they are buying stock.I think 2008 will be agreat year fro the TIN share price

time for something to happen - this share is boring me - never any positive news - no acquisitions, no major share buys, no exciting comissions - no wonder the share isn't going up!

Looks like Tinopolis have been unsuccesful in its bid for teacher's tv, with Bob Geldof's Ten Alps being reawarded the 5 year contract. Shame, that would have been a useful £50m 5 year contract!

I see you like this ludlow

I think it's operating margins are very poor compaired to some of it's peers

It also seems to employ far too many people

In a word NO!The share price wilts between results. Its probably a sell now until two weeks before the next set of results, unless they announce something else in the meantime and theres the rub , any moves can be sudden and unexpected. The spread also deters trading it.I am a holder.

This share will be a takeover target just like the above with the share in freefall like now. No sign of any acquisitions - think they may have lost the will/bottle for it?

Don't get this 6000 shares sold, 50,000 x 3 bought and the share price drops by 0.5p. Who the heck makes these numbers up?

nothing concrete except that they have a very good bid in and are hopeful... If they get it it will be significant for the share price of TIN and 10 alps.

Teacher's TV - not much been heard about this as of late. Does anybody know anything. That might be the next thing to give this share a boost!
